ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը հանդես է եկել Ամանորի ուղերձոքվ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

Շնորհավորում եմ Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան լուսավոր տոների առթիվ:
2024 թվականը հագեցած էր ինչպես ձեռքբերումներով, այնպես էլ մարտահրավերներով: Այն իրապես կարևոր ժամանակաշրջան էր մեր որդեգրած համընդգրկուն բարեփոխումների ընթացքը հաստատապես շարունակելու, քաղաքացիներին բարձրակարգ սպասարկում մատուցելու գործիքակազմը լավարկելու ճանապարհով հանրային հավատն ամրապնդելու, հասարակական կարգի ապահովման և հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գործում ձեռքբերումների, մեր հավակնոտ ծրագրերը կյանքի կոչելու առումով: Բարեփոխումների իրականացման ճանապարհին ոչ միայն մեր, այլ նաև միջազգային հարցումները փաստում են, որ աճել է մեր գործունեության հանդեպ հանրության վստահության մակարդակը, ինչը ոչ միայն ոգևորիչ է, այլև չափազանց պարտավորեցնող։
Արդիականացման և խորքային ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումների փուլ ենք մտել․ այս ճանապարհը դյուրին չէ և չի էլ կարող լինել։ Մեր հաջողություններն ու բացթողումները հենց այն աստիճաններն են, որոնցով բարձրանում ենք դեպի զարգացում ու առաջընթաց։
Ինչ խոսք, անցած տարում նաև թերացումներ ու բացթողումներ եղան, որոնք շտկելու նախաձեռնողը հենց մենք էինք, ու այդպես է լինելու մի՛շտ, որովհետև մեր ձեռքբերումների հիմքում պետք է ունենանք նաև թերացումները նկատելու, դրանք վերացնելու, բացթողումները շտկելու կամք ու վճռականություն: Այդ առումով է, որ մշտապես գույքագրում ենք տարբեր խնդիրներ, որոնց հասցեագրումն ու հետևողական լուծումը մեր թիրախում են։ Մենք հանձնառու ենք շարունակելու որդեգրած բարեփոխումները, ամրապնդելու մեր պետության ներքին անվտանգությունն ու ապահովելու հասարակական կարգուկանոնը:
Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը երկու տարի է՝ ինչ ձևավորվել է իր ներկայիս կառուցվածքով։ Ներկայիս բարեփոխումների փուլը կենսագործում ենք և կենսագործելու ենք հիմնված ամուր ավանդույթների վրա՝ անցյալից վերցնելով հնարավոր դրականը, հարգելով մեր ավագ սերնդի ու վետերանների ավանդը, սակայն հայացքներս մշտապես պահելով դեպի առաջընթացը և զարգացումը։
Մեր բարդ առաքելության կենսագործման մեջ ունենում ենք նաև կորուստներ, որոնցից ամենացավալին մարդկային կյանքերն են։ Միշտ գուրգուրանքով վերաբերվենք հանուն այս առաքելության իրենց կյանքը տված մեր ծառայողների հիշատակին։ Փա՛ռք նրանց։
Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը պետության կայունության ու ներքին անվտանգության պատասխանատու հիմնական ինստիտուտներից է և մշտապես պատրաստ է պատվով կատարելու իր այդ առաքելությունը։ Սակայն դրա կենսագործման համար մեծ կարևորություն ունի Խաղաղությունը, ինչը կյանքի կոչելու ուղղությամբ էլ Կառավարությունը ջանքեր չի խնայում։
Վստահ եմ, որ գալիք տարում նույն նվիրումով ու պատրաստակամությամբ, նույն վճռականությամբ շարունակելու ենք հենասյունային բոլոր ուղղություններով բարեփոխումների հետևողական կենսագործումը: Նույն պատասխանատվությամբ շարունակելու ենք կատարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության առաջադրած խնդիրներն ու լիարժեք ծառայությունը մեր հասարակությանը:
Թող 2025 թվականը լինի խաղաղության, մեր պետության կայուն զարգացման, նոր նվաճումների ու նոր հնարավորությունների տարի:
