Այսօր՝ հունվարի 1-ին, դանակահարություններ են տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 01:50-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզի քրեական ոստիկանություն և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արջուտ բնակավայրում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել մի խումբ անձանց միջև և կան դանակահարվածներ։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Լոռու քրեական վարչության պետ Խորեն Բարխոյանը ու ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի պետ Միլենա Եղշատյանը։
Մինչ ոստիկանները կժամանեին դեպքի վայր, «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվում ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն և հայտնում են, որ «որովայնի առաջային պատի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր և աջ ազդրի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել 2 քաղաքացի։
Հիվանդանոց մեկնած քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկաններին բժիշկները հայտնել են, որ վիրավորները գտնվում են վիրահատարանում և ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորներն են Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 40-ամյա Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանն ու 44-ամյա Արտյոմ Բուլչիյանը:
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ մարզային քննչական վարչության պետի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական վարչությունը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, կատարողի ինքնությունը ճշտելու, նրան և հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Լոռու մարզի քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկաններին ու քննիչներին ենթադրյալ կատարողի ինքնությունը հայտնի է, սակայն նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով այս պահին որոշ մանրամասներ չենք հայտնում։
