Աիդա Գ․-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա՝ արտամուսնական սեռական հարաբերության արդյունքում հղիանալով նախաքննության ընթացքում չպարզված անձից, թաքցրել է հղիությունը ծնողներից, սակայն, արդեն հղիության 39-րդ շաբաթում, ունենալով ցավեր, 2024 թվականի մայիսի 6-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, այդ մասին պատմել է մորը, որից հետո մոր հետ դիմել է բժշկական կենտրոն և նույն օրը՝ ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, ծննդաբերել աղջիկ երեխա:

Այնուհետև, իր հղիության և ծննդաբերության փաստը հորից թաքցնելու նպատակով, երեխայից ազատվելու հարցի շուրջ նախնական համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերել մոր հետ, ապա 2024 թվականի մայիսի 8-ին, կենտրոնից դուրս գրվելուց հետո, մոր հետ մեկնել է Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջան, Սուրբ Աստվածածին եկեղեցու մոտ, ինքը հետևել է, որպեսզի այգեպանը չնկատի իրենց, իսկ մայրը կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր վիճակում գտնվող և ինքնապահպանության միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու հնարավորությունից զրկված նորածին երեխային տարել և դրել է եկեղեցու բակում, որից հետո միասին հեռացել են՝ նորածին երեխային թողնելով վտանգի մեջ՝ ունենալով անհրաժեշտ և ակնհայտ անհետաձգելի օգնություն ցույց տալու իրական հնարավորություն:

Մորը և աղջկան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով։ Այն է Կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր վիճակում գտնվող և ինքնապահպանության միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու հնարավորությունից զրկված անձին անհրաժեշտ և ակնհայտ անհետաձգելի օգնություն ցույց չտալը, եթե հանցավորն այդ անձին օգնություն ցույց տալու իրական հնարավորություն է ունեցել, կամ օգնություն ցույց տալու անհրաժեշտության մասին համապատասխան մարմիններին չհաղորդելը, եթե պարտավոր չի եղել հոգ տանել նրա մասին և ինքը նրան չի դրել կյանքի համար վտանգավոր վիճակի մեջ, որը կատարվել է հանցավորից նյութական կամ այլ կախվածության մեջ գտնվողի նկատմամբ։

Նրանց նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել բացակայելու արգելքը։
