070 կոդով անձնագրի հետ միաժամանակ պետք է ներկայացնել նաև ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայականը

Ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության (փախստականի) վկայականները անհրաժեշտ է փոխարինել նորով։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայությունից։
«Եթե պատրաստվում եք սահմանահատում կատարել առաջիկա օրերին կամ ամիսներին, անհրաժեշտ է առաջնահերթ հետևողական լինել ճամփորդական փաստաթղթերի ժամկետներին։
Ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն/փախստականի կարգավիճակ ստացած անձինք ՀՀ–ից ելքի ուղղությամբ սահմանահատում կատարելիս 070 կոդով անձնագրի հետ միաժամանակ պետք է ներկայացնեն նաև ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայականը։
Հորդորում ենք նախապես վկայականի փոխանակման դիմում ներկայացնել՝ մոտենալով ՄՔԾ տարածքային ցանկացած ստորաբաժանում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդիվ տրամադրված վկայականների վավերականության ժամկետը 2024 թ․-ի դեկտեմբերի 31-ն էր։
ԺՊ վկակայականի փոխանակման դիմում ներկայացնելու համար կարող եք սպասարկվել կենդանի հերթի ձևաչափով՝ տեղում կտրոն քաշելու եղանակով։ Իսկ եթե ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած անձը գտնվում է արտերկրում, ապա կարող է դիմել իր գտնվելու երկրում գործող ՀՀ հյուպատոսություն։
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ մուտքի ուղղությամբ ՀՀ սահմանահատում կատարելիս ԺՊ վկայականի առկայությունը պարտադիր չէ։
Եթե ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայականը ստանալուց հետո անձը փոխել է անձնագիրը (կորցնելու, վավերականության ժամկետն ավարտվելու, վնասվելու պատճառով), ապա պետք է դիմի նոր վկայական ստանալու համար, քանի որ ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայականը տրամադրվում է գործող/վավեր անձնագրի հիման վրա։
Ըստ ՀՀ կառավարության 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17 1649-Ն որոշման՝ վկայականի վավերականության ժամկետի սպառված լինելու պարագայում, ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած անձը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության ներքո ևս մեկ տարով (մինչև 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը)։
