Այսօր՝ հունվարի 4-ին, SHAMSHYAN.com էր զանգահարել Արմավիրի մարզի Տարոնիկ գյուղի բնակիչ Գագիկ Մելքոնյանը, ով հանդիսանում է Կապանի զորամասում արդեն 18 ամիս ծառայության մեջ գտնվող Սարգիս Մելքոնյանի հայրը։ Նա իր դժգոհությունը հայտնեց զորամասի հրամանատարից, քանի որ իր զինվորին 2 ամսով տեղափոխել են Գորիսի բանտ։

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նա ասաց․ «Երեխայիս գնդի հրամանատարը շարքից հանել է, հայհոյել, հարվածել, որին ի պատասխան երեխաս էլ է հարվածել նրան։ Մեր զինվորը ծառայում է սահմանափակումներով, քանի որ «7Գ» հոդվածով է զորակոչվել։ Այնտեղ այդ ամենը հաշվի չեն առնում, իմ որդին դյուրագրգիռ է ու բոլորը լավ գիտեն դա ինչ հոդված է։ Հրամանատարը հասցրել է նրան, որ նա ստիպված հարվածել է հրամանատարին։ 

Այդ դեպքից հետո նրան տեղափոխել են Սիսիանի հոսպիտալ ու մեզ ասեցին, որ բերելու են Երևանի Կանազի հոսպիտալ, բայց պարզվեց, որ նրան 2 ամսով տեղափոխել են Գորիսի բանտ։ Մենք վստահ ենք, որ մեր զինվորը այնտեղ իրեն մի վնաս կտա ու խնդրում ենք պատկան մարմիններից, որ քայլեր ձեռնարկեն ու մեր սահմանափակումներով ծառայության մեկնած զինվորին վերադարձնեն զորամաս, այս մի քանի ամիսը անցնի ու անվնաս վերադառնա տուն»։
