Թալինում պարեկները վնասազերծել են «Կոշ» ՔԿՀ-ում հաշվառված և հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող 57-ամյա տղամարդուն

Հունվարի 5-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի պարեկները հայտնաբերել են հետախուզվող անձի։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը։
2024 թ. դեկտեմբերի 26-ին Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 39-ամյա Լևոն Ա.-ն դիմել է ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին և հայտնել, որ նույն օրը ժամը 17:00-ից մինչև 17:25-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք, օգտվելով դռները բաց լինելու և բանալին փականի վրա թողնելու հանգամանքից, Կոմիտասի պողոտայից առևանգել են իր կողմից շահագործվող «ՎԱԶ 2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան։
Տեղում Լևոն Ա.-ն ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ ինքը առաքիչ է և առաքման ծառայություն մատուցելու նպատակով է ավտոմեքենան կայանել Կոմիտասի պողոտայում, իսկ ավտոմեքենայի մեջ՝ սրահում, եղել են վճարային տերմինալ, իր վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականը, անձնագիրը, բանկային քարտեր և այլ իրեր։
Մինչ քննչական խումբը աշխատում էր դեպքի վայրում, ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի ծառայողները ճշտել են ենթադրյալ առևանգողի ինքնությունը, ով, պարզվում է, որ նա «Կոշ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում հաշվառված 57-ամյա Վարազդատ Հ.-ն է։
Հունվարի 5-ին տեղեկություններ են ստացվում, որ նշված ավտոմեքենան գտնվում է Թալին քաղաքում։
Թալին քաղաքում ոստիկանության ծառայողները հայտնաբերում են նշված ավտոմեքենան։
Պարեկները որոշ ժամանակ դարանակալում են, մինչև կասկածյալը մոտենում է ավտոմեքենային ու երբ նստում է ավտոմեքենան, որպեսզի շարժիչը միացնի, պարեկները վնասազերծում են նրան, ապա հիմնավոր կասկածանքով բերման ենթարկում և տեղափոխում ոստիկանության Թալինի բաժին։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Վարազդատ Հ.-ն 2024 սեպտեմբերի 9-ից ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 117 հոդվածի մեղադրանքով գտնվում էր հետախուզման մեջ: Ու արդեն ոստիկանության Թալինի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցում են ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանում է օպերատիվ խումբը և նրան տեղափոխում ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին։
