Արդարադատության նախարարն ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանին

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը հուլիսի 7-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչիին: Նախարարը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին Հայաստանում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ` հույս հայտնելով, որ ՀՀ-ում նստավայր ունենալն առավել կնպաստի Ճապոնիայի կառավարության և ՀՀ-ի համատեղ իրականացվելիք ծրագրերի դյուրացմանը:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից։
Հյուրի խնդրանքով նախարարը պարզաբանել է ՀՀ-ում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր՝ մասնավորեցնելով մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության երաշխիքներին, ինչպես նաև պետական կառավարման ձևին վերաբերող հիմնական մոտեցումները:
Ներկայացնելով ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության ծրագրային առաջնահերթությունները՝ նախարարն անդրադարձել է նաև իրականացվելիք դատաիրավական բարեփոխումներին:
Կողմերը քննարկել են էլեկտրոնային եղանակով մատուցվող հանրային ծառայություններին, պետական կառավարմանը հասարակության մասնակցությանը, անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության համակարգի ձևավորմանն առնչվող հարցեր:
Զրույց է ծավալվել հաշտարարության ինստիտուտի և վեճերի լուծման այլընտրանքային այլ եղանակների ներդրման և արդյունավետ կիրառմանը վերաբերող մոտեցումների շուրջ:
Հանդիպման ավարտին դեսպան Տագուչին հավաստել է Ճապոնիայի կառավարության համագործակցության պատրաստակամությունը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ արդյունքները կնշմարվեն առաջիկայում:
