Հայաստանի ու Վրաստանի կառավարությունները համաձայնության են եկել, որ Վերին Լարսի անցակետում սպասարկման ժամերը երկարացվեն: Այս ամենն արվել է մեքենաների կուտակումներից խուսափելու և հայկական բեռները առավել արագ Ռուսաստան հասցնելու նպատակով:
ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Շիրակ Թորոսյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում կարևորեց այս համաձայնագիրը: Խոսելով այն մասին, թե ի՞նչ կարող է դա տալ մեր տնտեսությանը՝ պատգամավորը մասնավորապես նշեց. «Նախկինում մինչև ժամը 18.00-ն էր բաց Լարսի անցակետը, հիմա երկարացվել է, եթե չեմ սխալվում,մինչև 21.00-ն:
Գյուղմթերքի արտահանման այս սեզոնին մեզ համար կարևոր է Լարսի անցակետի ավելի երկար աշխատանքը, որպեսզի հերթեր այնտեղ չգոյանան: Այդ մթերքների մեջ կան փչացող ապրանքներ,և որքան շուտ նրանք հայտնվեն ԱՊՀ կամ ԵՏՄ երկրների շուկաներ, այդքան ավելի ձեռնտու կլինի մեզ համար: Այս համաձայնությունը շատ կարևոր է տնտեսության, հատկապես գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում»:
