Դավիթ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
Պարագլուխն իր վերջին գրառմամբ կամովին համաձայնեց անձամբ իրականացնելու Հայաստանի դենացիֆիկացիայի և ապառազմականացման գործընթացը։ Նա փաստացի և հրապարակայնորեն 12 հանձնառություն է ստանձնել և արագացված տեմպերով կիրականացնի դրանք (թվարկումը՝ իր գրառման այբբենական կետերին համապատասխան)․
Պարագլուխն իր վերջին գրառմամբ կամովին համաձայնեց անձամբ իրականացնելու Հայաստանի դենացիֆիկացիայի և ապառազմականացման գործընթացը։ Նա փաստացի և հրապարակայնորեն 12 հանձնառություն է ստանձնել և արագացված տեմպերով կիրականացնի դրանք (թվարկումը՝ իր գրառման այբբենական կետերին համապատասխան)․
ա) Հայաստանում արգելել հանրային-քաղաքական և գիտակրթական մտքի այն դրսևորումները, որոնք կապ կունենան Արցախի, Հայոց ցեղասպանության, Արևմտյան Հայաստանի և մեր պատմական հիշողության հետ․
բ) Ադրբեջանին միակողմանիորեն նոր տարածքներ հանձնել Տավուշում և Արարատում՝ անկլավների անվան տակ․
գ) հանրությանը զբաղեցնել կապիտուլյացիոն պայմանագրի՝ այդպես էլ չհամաձայնեցված 10 տոկոսի բովանդակությամբ՝ այդպիսով դիրքավորվելով իբրև անզիջում և սկզբունքային․
դ) Հայաստանի հարավում արտատարածքային միջանցք բացել և այն հանձնել Թուրքիային․
ե) պատժել չկրակելու հրամանին չենթարկվող ցանկացած զինվորականի․
զ) հիմնովին փակել Բաքվում պատանդառված տասնյակ հայերի վերադարձի թեման․
է) Հայաստանում հայտնաբերել ադրբեջանցիների՝ իբր եղբայրական զինվորական գերեզմաններ՝ այդպիսով պետությանը վերագրելով ռազմական հանցագործի խարան․
ը) հետ կանչել Ադրբեջանի դեմ բոլոր միջպետական գանգատները․
թ) Ադրբեջանի հետ որևէ փաստաթուղթ այդպես էլ չստորագրելով՝ կատարել արդեն իսկ համաձայնեցված դրույթները․
ժ) Ադրբեջանին տալ ամբողջական վերահսկողություն՝ մշտադիտարկելու ՀՀ ԶՈՒ թվակազմն ու սպառազինությունը․
ի) ադրբեջանցիներին բնակեցնել Հայաստանում․
լ) վերջնականապես փակել Արցախի հարցը հետագայում վերաբացելու նույնիսկ տեսական հնարավորությունը՝ համատեղ դիմումով լուծարելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը։
