«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի դրությամբ Հայաստանում գրանցվել են 782 հազար 832 աշխատակիցներ, ովքեր 2024 թվականի հայտարարագիրը պետք է ներկայացնեն մինչև 2025-ի մայիսի 1-ը: Այս տարվանից պետությանը պետք է հաշվետու լինեն, թե որքան գումար են աշխատում, որտեղից և ինչ միջոցով։

Այսուհետև եկամուտների հայտարարագիրը ՊԵԿ ներկայացվելու է տարին մեկ անգամ։

2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ին ընդունվել և 2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին ուժի մեջ է մտել ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքը, որի 3-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված է ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի 156-րդ հոդվածում ենթակա փոփոխություններն ու լրացումները:

Կատարված լրացումներով և փոփոխություններով սահմանվել է, որ «եկամտային հարկի տարեկան հաշվարկներ՝ հայտարարագրեր չներկայացնող՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռեզիդենտ հանդիսացող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները մինչև յուրաքանչյուր հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանին հաջորդող հարկային տարվա մայիսի 1-ը ներառյալ պարտավորվում են Օրենսգրքի 53-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված կարգով հարկային մարմին ներկայացնել եկամտային հարկի տարեկան հաշվարկներ՝ հայտարարագրեր»։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկանում է, որ 2025-ի մինչև մայիսի 1-ը ներառյալ անձը հայտարարագիր պետք է ներկայացնի, եթե`

2024 թվականի ընթացքում համարվել է վարձու աշխատող,

2024 թվականի ընթացքում ստացել է քաղաքացիաիրավական պայմանագրերի շրջանակում հարկվող եկամուտ,

2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ զբաղեցրել է «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված պետական ծառայության, համայնքային ծառայության և/կամ հանրային պաշտոն,

2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ հանդիսացել է 2023 թվականի արդյունքներով 1 մլրդ դրամ և ավելի համախառն եկամուտ հայտարարագրած ՀՀ ռեզիդենտ առևտրային կազմակերպության մասնակից,

2024 թվականի ընթացքում «Փողերի լվացման և ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորման դեմ պայքարի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով համարվել է իրավաբանական անձի իրական շահառու,

2024 թվականի ընթացքում ստացել է 20 մլն դրամի չափով կամ ավելի փոխառություն,

2023 թվականի համար հանդիսացել է հայտարարագիր ներկայացնող:

2026 թվականից հայտարարագիր կներկայացնեն ՀՀ բոլոր չափահաս քաղաքացիները, անկախ նրանից՝ գրանցված աշխատող են, թե ոչ»:
