Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված Անատոլի Փարամազյանին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը մերժել է հետվիրահատական շրջանում «Զինվորի տուն» վերականգնողական կնտրոնում շարունակելու հետագա բուժումները, ոտքի կանգնելու համար։ Դուստը՝ Արմինեն MediaHub-ին պատմեց, որ առողջապահության նախարարությունը միայն 2 ամիս անց պատասխանել է իրենց դիմումին և Անատոլին, որպես նախկին զինվորական չի կարող զինվորի տանն անվճար հիմունքներով վերականգնողական բուժում ստանալ։ 

«Հայրս 28 տարի ծառայել է Զինված  ուժերում։ Բոլորովին վերջերս նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ողնուղեղի ուռուցք։ Պաշտպանության նախարարության ուղեգրով ուռուցքաբանականում վիրահատվել է։ Իրականում բարդ վիրահատություն է եղել, որն անցել է բարեհաջող։ Սակայն, հայրս մինչ օրս գամված է անկողնում։ Չի քայլում, և անգամ ձեռքերը չի շարժում։ Ունի վերականգնողական բուժման կարիք, որն իրականացնում է «Զինվորի տուն» բարեգործական ՀԿ-ն։ Նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերի 28-ին դիմել ենք առողջապահության նախարարությանը։ Ամեն օր մեզ վստահեցրել են, որ պատասխանը կուղարկեն այսօր կամ վաղը։ Բայց, միայն այսօր ենք ստացել․ «անվճար բուժում ստանալու հիմքերը բավարար չեն»,-նշեց Արմինեն։

Մինչդեռ, Անատոլին ԶՈՒ-ում ծառայելու մոտ 3 տասնամյակի փորձ ունի։ 59-ամյա տղամարդը մասնակցել է բոլոր պատերազմներին, իսկ 2016-ի ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ զոհվել է որդին՝ Յուրի Փարամազյանը։ Սրանք այն կարևոր հիմքերն են, որ Արմինեն ներկայացրել է նախարարությանը, սակայն ստացել է բացասական պատասխան։

«Մեզ տեղեկացրել են, որ Զինվորի տանը բուժում ստանալու համար օրական անհրաժեշտ է 50 հազար և ավելի դրամ գումար, որն իմ ընտանիքը պատրաստ չէ վճարել։ Ստացվում է, որ մեր երկրում իրենց ողջ գիտակցական կյանքը հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը նվիրած, մեր դեպքում նաև որդի կորցրած մարդիկ տեղ չունեն, և հայրս ստիպված պետք է լինի կյանքի մյուս տարիներն անցկացնել անկողնում»,-հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
