Եվրամիությունը մանրամասն կուսումնասիրի Հայաստանի անդամակցության հնարավոր դիմումը, այսօր հայտարարել է դաշինքի ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Մարտա Կոսը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Բրյուսելում Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի արտաքին գործերի հանձնաժողովում, փոխանցում է Ազատությունը:
«Մենք նաև լսում ենք, որ կան դրական շարժումներ ԵՄ անդամակցության հայտ ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ: Դա ընտրություն է, և մենք պետք է բոլոր դիմումները շատ-շատ մանրամասն ուսումնասիրենք և նույնը կանենք Հայաստանի դեպքում։ Սակայն այս ընտրությունը, եթե Հայաստանը որոշի դիմել, կապված է պարտավորությունների հետ։ Եվ ես վստահ եմ, ինչպես նաև իմ ծրագրում է՝ տարվա առաջին կեսին այցելել Հայաստան՝ տեղում տեսնելու, թե ինչ պետք է անենք նախապես կամ ինչի մասին է անհրաժեշտ փոխանակել տեղեկատվություն», - ասել է նա։
Անցած շաբաթ Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց Եվրամիությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին օրենքի նախագծին՝ այն ուղարկելով խորհրդարանի քննարկմանը։
«Այս օրենքի ընդունումից հետո մենք Եվրամիության հետ պետք է քննարկենք այն ճանապարհային քարտեզը, որն իրենք են պատկերացնում, և որը մենք ենք պատկերացնում, և մենք պետք է իրար հետ ճանապարհային քարտեզ մշակենք։ Իմ ընկալմամբ՝ մինչև ճանապարհային քարտեզի ստեղծման շուրջ բանակցությունների մեկնարկը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, գոնե այս պահին, իմ ընկալմամբ, որևէ այլ գործողություն չունի անելու։ Եվ սա ինչի եմ ասում՝ հանրության շրջանում ակնկալիքները ճիշտ ձևակերպելու համար», - կողմ արտահայտվելով նախագծին՝ հայտարարել էր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
