ՔՊ-ի քարոզչամեքենայի հիմնարար «առաքելություն» է դարձել թշնամանք ու անհանդուրժողականություն բորբոքելը, մարդկանց մոլորեցնելը: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը։
«ՔՊ վերնախավի համար այս գործելաոճը դարձել է իշխանության մնալու գրավական և մեր հասարակությունն ու պետությունը կործանող ախտ:
Ավտորիտար պետությանը հատուկ այսպիսի քարոզչությունը վտանգավոր է ինչպես երկրի ներսում կայունության, այնպես էլ միջպետական հարաբերությունների համար:
Որևէ պետության հետ հարաբերությունները, հատկապես դաշնակցային հայտ ներկայացնելը պահանջում է այդ պետության հետ հարաբերություններում ՀՀ շահերի առավելագույն ու իրական իրացում: Պետք է ամեն պայմանավորվածություն կամ լուծում ամրապնդվի «գետնի վրա» գործող կոնկրետ մեխանիզմներով: Այդ ամենն էլ պետք է պատշաճ պարզաբանվի հանրությանը:
Միանգամայն կողմ լինելով հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը այսօրվա ուսումնասիրությունները վկայում են, որ ՔՊ-ն իր քարոզչությամբ նպաստում է երեկվա միջոցառման հանրային ու միջազգային խեղաթյուրված ընկալմանը և նենգափոխում է հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների բովանդակությունը` ի վնաս ՀՀ շահերի:
Ըստ այդմ, իրական դիվանագիտության փոխարեն ստացվում է թշնամանքի ու անհանդուրժողականության ՔՊ քարոզչություն պատմական, տնտեսական ու այլ թելերով կապված պաշտոնական դաշնակցի` ՌԴ-ի կամ ցանկացած երկրի դեմ առհասարակ, ինչպես նաև հարաբերություններում լարվածության խորացում:
Այս ամենն այն դեպքում, երբ ՔՊ-ն է իր իշխանության ժամանակահատվածում ավելի խորացրել տնտեսական կապերը ՌԴ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ` «գետնի վրա» գործող կոնկրետ մեխանիզմներ ներդնելով կամ գործողներն ամրապնդելով:
Այս պայմաններում ՀՀ պետական շահերին օրգանապես է հակասում ՔՊ-ի նման քարոզն ու գործունեությունն առհասարակ:
ՔՊ-ի մանիպուլյացիաներ թույլ չտալու համար հատուկ եմ շեշտում իմ հիմնարար համոզմունքը` Հայաստանի անվտանգության ու առաջընթացի համար պետք է ղեկավարվել [իրական] ժողովրդավարության ու իրավունքի գերակայության, մարդու իրավունքների ու ազգային արժեքների պաշտպանության գերակայությամբ»,- գրել է նա։
