Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական ուղիների ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ ՌԴ-ի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը Երևանին քաջ հայտնի է. տարածաշրջանում պետք է տեղի ունենա տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական ուղիների համալիր ապաշրջափակում՝ 2020-2022թթ. բարձրագույն մակարդակով ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների հիման վրա. այս մասին ճեպազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան:
«Տարածաշրջանում ապաշրջափակվում են բոլոր տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային ուղիները: ՀՀ-ն երաշխավորում է Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան հատվածների և Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Մարզի միջև տրանսպորտային հաղորդակության անվտանգությունը: Տրանսպորտային միջոցների վերահսկողությունն իրականացնում են ՌԴ ԱԴԾ սահմանապահ ծառայության մարմինները: Կողմերի համաձայնությամբ՝ կապահովվի Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանին կապող նոր տրանսպորտային ուղիների կառուցում»,- նշել է նա:
Զախարովան ընդգծել է, որ ՌԴ-ի, ՀՀ-ի և Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետների եռակողմ աշխատանքային հանձնաժողովում երբեք խոսք չի եղել Հայաստանում որևէ արտատարածքային միջանցքների ստեղծման մասին:
«Ընդհակառակը, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել, որ երկրներն իրավասություն և ինքնիշխանություն ունեն իրենց տարածքով անցնող երթուղիների նկատմամբ»,- ասել է նա:
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբին հաջողվել էր մոտենալ ապաշրջափակման խնդիրների լուծմանը, սակայն Հայաստանը Արևմուտքի ապակառուցողական ազդեցության պատճառով խմբի աշխատանքը կանգ է առել:
