Մի կողմից մենք ստանում ենք հարաբերությունների բարելավվում Բայդենի ադմինիստրացիայի հետ, որը հեռանում է, իսկ մյուս կողմից Ադրբեջանը փորձում է ստանալ այն, ինչը ավելի էական է, շոշափելի է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի եթերում ասել է բանակցային գործի մասնագետ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետերի 11-րդ հանդիպմանը սահմանազատման հարցերով եւ ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածություններին:
«Այս պահին դեռ շատ ընդհանուր է, եւ միայն կարող ենք ասել, որ առաջընթաց կա, սակայն չպետք է մոռանանք ընդհանուր կոնտեքստը: Այդ ընդհանուր կոնտեքստը կայանում է նրանում, որ Բայդենի ադմինիստրացիան ավարտում է իր իշխանավարումը եւ պարտքեր էր մնացել, այդ պարտքերը կարեւոր են, որովհետեւ դեմոկրատակա կուսակցությունը հույսեր ունի ապագայում էլ հայկական համայնքից ձայներ ստանալ: Փաշինյանը մեզ վաճառում է այս փաթեթը, իսկ փաթեթը կայանում է նրանում, որ երբ որ կունենանք սահման, որի մասին երկու կողմերը կհամաձայնվեն, այդ ժամանակ մեր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը կլինի անձեռնմխելի: Ու դրանով կփակեք 30 տարվա եւ այլ խնդիրները եւ կնայեք ապագային: Հետաքրքիր է, որ միաժամանակ գործարք է կատարվում «Բոինգ» ինքնաթիռների համար, որի համար Ադրբեջանը բանակցում էր, այն կարող է նաեւ ռազմական բեռներ տեղափոխել»,-ասում է Մարտիրոսյանը:
Մարտիրոսյանը նշում է, որ այս հանդիպումը պետք է ե΄ւ Ադրբեջանի, ե΄ւ Հայաստանի ղեկավարներին, որպեսզի ցույց տան որ ինչ-որ գործընթաց այնուամենայնիվ ընթանում է:
«Ավելի օբյեկտիվ գնահատական տալու համար, մենք պետք է տեսնենք՝ ինչի մասին են պայհմանավորվել: Իմ կարծիքով՝ կողմերը համաձայնությունները արդեն բանավոր ունեն, ուղղակի այստեղ այլ խնդիր է, Ալիեւն ու Փաշինյանը փորձում են ցույց տալ, որ ընթացք կա ինչ-որ եւ ամեն կողմը պետք է ասի, որ իրենց համար բավարար է: Ես չեմ զարմանա, որ ընթացքը նորից երկարացվի, եւ Փաշինյանը տեսնի, որ կորցնում է իր համար հուսալի զանգվածը, հետաձգի այս ընթացքը մինչեւ մյուս ընտրություններ»,-ասաց նա:
