Մտահոգ սրտով ենք հետևում Ադրբեջանում ապօրինաբար պահվող հայ պատանդների հանդեպ իրականացվող անարդար և շինծու դատական գործընթացներին: Բաքվի քաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից հստակ ուղղորդվող՝ մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքներին, գերիների մասին միջազգայնորեն ընդունված նորմերին հակասող այս վարքագծի հերթական ցուցիչը հունվարի 17-ին կատարվելիք և բացառապես քաղաքական նպատակներ հետապնդող դատավարությունն է: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀԱՍԵ Արցախի թեմը
«Մինչ օրս պետական մակարդակով գործադրվող ջանքերի առայժմ տեսանելի անարդյունավետությունը և ադրբեջանական կողմի վճռականությունը ստիպում են մեզ լինել ավելի վճռական ու միասնական՝ պաշտպանելու մեր ժողովրդի զավակների արդար դատը: Անկախ մեր քաղաքական հայացքներից, սուբյեկտիվ վերաբերմունքից ու համոզմունքերից, պետք է գիտակցենք, որ այսօր ԱՀ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը և առհասարակ բոլոր պատանդները մեղադրվում են գլխավորապես այն բանի համար, որ գործել են ի շահ Արցախի անկախության և հայկականության, իսկ այս մտացածին ու կեղծ դատավարությունը առաջին հերթին վիրավորում է մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը:
Ուստի սիրելիներ, հրավիրում ենք ամենքիդ՝ աղոթելու և խնդրելու, որ ամենակարողն Աստված մեր ազգի համար բացի իր արդարության և գթության դռները, զորացնի գերության մեջ գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ հաղթահարելու դժվարին այս փորձություններն ու հալածանքները»:
