Израиль, ХАМАС, США и Катар подписали сделку о прекращении огня в Газе

Представители Израиля, палестинского движения ХАМАС, США и Катара официально подписали вечером 16 января в Дохе соглашение об освобождении заложников и прекращении огня в секторе Газа.
По их словам, над заключением сделки работали спецпосланник избранного президента США Дональда Трампа на Ближнем Востоке Стивен Уиткофф, координатор Совета национальной безопасности Белого дома по Ближнему Востоку и Северной Африке Бретт Макгерк и посредники от Катара и Египта. Соглашение со стороны США было подписано Бреттом Макгерком.
Источники сообщили, что заседание кабинета безопасности и правительства Израиля для утверждения сделки с ХАМАС будет проведено только вечером 18 января, из-за чего соглашение вступит в силу примерно 20 января.
Портал пишет, что подписание документа было отложено из-за разногласий по окончательному списку палестинских заключенных, которые должны быть освобождены в рамках сделки. По его информации, ХАМАС потребовало вернуть в ходе обмена военных лидеров группировки, отбывающих пожизненные сроки заключения за организацию террористических актов.
