Հունվարի 16-ին Համայնքային ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի ծառայողները Գուգարքի գյուղապետարանի մոտ, գիշերվա ժամը 4-ի սահմաններում, նկատել են կայանած «Օպել Զաֆիրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որի բեռնախցիկը եղել է բաց, իսկ շենքի մոտ եղել է սև վերնազգեստով մի երիտասարդ, որին ոստիկանները ճանաչել են։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:
Տեսնելով իրավապահներին` նա դիմել է փախուստի։ Ոստիկանները մոտեցել են մեքենային, որի վարորդ ներկայացած 41-ամյա տղամարդու հետ ստուգել են բեռնախցիկի պարունակությունը։ Բեռնախցիկում կային երկու համակարգիչ և այլ սարքեր։ Շենքի հետնամասում իրավապահները նկատել են գետնին դրված համակարգչի երեք մոնիտոր, պրոցեսոր, ցանցային սարք և հեռուստացույց։ Շենքի այդ հատվածի պատուհանը բաց էր, դրսի կողմից դրված էր մետաղյա լինգ: Հանցանք կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածով վարորդը ձերբակալվել և իր վարած «Օպել Զաֆիրա» մակնիշի մեքենայով հանդերձ տեղափոխվել է բաժին: Բաժին է հրավիրվել Գուգարքի վարչական ղեկավարը: Նա հաղորդում է տվել, որ գյուղապետարանի առաջին հարկի պատուհանը տեխնիկական միջոցով բացել և աշխատասենյակներից գողացել են չորս համակարգիչ, երկու տպիչ սարք, հեռուստացույց և էլեկտրական կարգավորիչ՝ պատճառելով մոտ երկու միլիոն դրամի վնաս:
41-ամյա տղամարդը հայտնել է, որ անձնական ավտոմեքենայով իրականացնում է տաքսի ծառայություն, և ժամը 3.30-ի սահմաններում զանգահարել է 23-ամյա երիտասարդն ու իրեն կանչել Գուգարքի գյուղապետարանի մոտ՝ ասելով, թե տեղափոխելու իրեր կան։ Մոտենալով գյուղապետարանին՝ երիտասարդը բացել է մեքենայի բեռնախցիկը և սկսել իրեր բեռնել, որի ընթացքում էլ մոտեցել են ոստիկանության ծառայողները, և պատվիրատուն դիմել է փախուստի: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով 23-ամյա երիտասարդը հայտնաբերվել է, ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել բաժին: 41-ամյա տղամարդն ու 23-ամյա երիտասարդը կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել են Լոռու մարզի քննչական վարչություն:
