Գիտնականները 60 տարի առաջ կորցրած համակարգչային ծածկագրից վերակենդանացրել են աշխարհի առաջին չաթբոտը

Գիտնականները վերականգնել են աշխարհի առաջին չաթ-բոտը` ELIZA-ն, վաղուց մոռացված համակարգչային կոդից, և այն դեռ լավ է աշխատում, հաղորդում է Live Science-ը:
Օգտագործելով MIT-ի արխիվների փոշոտ տպագրությունները՝ այս «ծրագրային հնագետները» հայտնաբերել են հնացած ծածկագիրը, որը կորել էր 60 տարի և այն կյանքի կոչել:
ELIZA-ն մշակվել է 1960-ականներին MIT-ի պրոֆեսոր Ջոզեֆ Վեյզենբաումի կողմից և անվանվել է Էլիզա Դուլիթլի անունով՝ Պիգմալիոն պիեսի գլխավոր հերոսուհու։
Որպես լեզվական մոդել, որի հետ օգտատերը կարող էր փոխազդել, ELIZA-ն զգալի ազդեցություն ունեցավ ժամանակակից արհեստական ինտելեկտի (AI) վրա, գրում են հետազոտողները arXiv նախնական տպագրության տվյալների բազայում հրապարակված հոդվածում:
ELIZA-ի համար գրված DOCTOR սցենարը ծրագրավորվել էր հարցերին պատասխանելու համար, ինչպես հոգեթերապևտը:
ELIZA չաթբոտը կյանքի կոչելը դժվար էր: Այն պահանջում էր մաքրել և կարգաբերել կոդը, ինչպես նաև ստեղծել էմուլյատոր, որը մոտ էր 1960-ականներին ELIZA-ի համակարգչին: Վերակառուցելով կոդը՝ հետազոտողների թիմը դեկտեմբերի 21-ին 60 տարվա մեջ առաջին անգամ գործարկեց ELIZA-ն:
«Դա գործի դնելով՝ մենք ցույց տվեցինք, որ սա իսկապես ELIZA-ի իրական գծի մի մասն է, և որ այն ոչ միայն աշխատում է, այլև շատ լավ է աշխատում», - ասում է հետազոտության համահեղինակ Ջեֆ Շրագերը:
Սակայն գիտնականների թիմը կոդի մեջ նաև սխալ է հայտնաբերել, որը նրանք որոշել են չշտկել: «Դա կկործանի արտեֆակտի իսկությունը», - բացատրեց Շրագերը, «կարծես մենք ուղղեցինք բնօրինակ Մոնա Լիզայի սխալը»: Ծրագիրը խափանում է, եթե օգտատերը մուտքագրի այնպիսի թիվ, ինչպիսին է «Այսօր դուք ունեք 999», գրում են հետազոտության հեղինակները։
«Չնայած ELIZA-ն ընկալվում էր որպես մարդ-համակարգիչ հաղորդակցության հետազոտական հարթակ, այն ժամանակ այն այնքան նոր էր, որ նրա «չաթբոտի» բնույթը գերակայում էր իր հետազոտական նպատակներից», - ասում է Շրագերը:
