SOCIETYՉինացի գիտնականների ուսումնասիրությունն ապացուցել է, որ կարճ տեսանյութերի չափից ավելի դիտումը, ինչպիսիք են TikTok-ը, Reels-ը և Shorts-ը, կարող է հանգեցնել կախվածության և բացասաբար ազդել ճանաչողական ֆունկցիայի և հոգեկան առողջության վրա: Բացի այդ, վտանգի տակ է նաև մարդու տեսողությունը:
Հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Sciencedirect գիտական պորտալում։
Նրանք հավաքել են 111 մասնակիցներից բաղկացած խումբ, ովքեր մտավոր առողջության հետ կապված խնդիրներ չեն ունեցել: Օգտագործելով Siemens 3T Prisma սկաները Տյանցզին մանկավարժական համալսարանի MRI հետազոտական կենտրոնում՝ գիտնականներն ուսումնասիրել են փորձի մասնակիցների ուղեղի փոփոխությունները TikTok, Reels և Shorts հարթակներում կարճ տեսանյութերի երկարատև դիտման ժամանակ:
Երկու ամիս անընդմեջ սուբյեկտներին ամեն օր 95 րոպեի ընթացքում ցուցադրվում էին տեսանյութեր այս սոցիալական ցանցերից։ Փորձի արդյունքները ցույց են տվել հետևյալը.
Քնի որակը նվազել է 30%-ով, իսկ մասնակիցների 50%-ի մոտ առաջացել է անքնություն։
Ուսանողների կենտրոնանալու ունակությունը զգալիորեն նվազել է. ակնկալվող 2,5 րոպեի փոխարեն մասնակիցները կարողացել են կենտրոնանալ ընդամենը 47 վայրկյան։
Փորձարկվողները հոգեկան խանգարումների նշաններ են ցույց տվել. մասնակիցների կեսի մոտ ախտորոշվել է դեպրեսիա, որը պահանջում է բուժում և այլ տագնապային պայմաններ:
Չինացի գիտնականները նշում են, որ այս բացահայտումները ցույց են տալիս, որ կարճ ձևաչափով տեսանյութերի չափից ավելի դիտումը կարող է լուրջ հետևանքներ ունենալ առողջության վրա:
