Իմ տեղեկություններով ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության վարչության և Ներքին անվտանգության վարչության (ՆԱՎ) քաղաքացիական հագուստով աշխատակիցները կանաչ և կարմիր ուղիների մոտ կանգնած բառացիորեն տեռորի են ենթարկում Հայաստան ժամանողներին մինչև գուլպաները ստուգելով նրանց: Հիմնականում ուժեղացված հսկողություն են իրականացնում եվրոպական եկրներից և Արաբական էմիրություններից ժամանողների նկատմամբ բոլորին ուղարկելով «կարմիր ուղի» և մանրակրկիտ քրքրելով նրանց իրերը:

Դրա հետևանքով երեք-չորս օր է օդանավակայանի այդ հատվածում հսկայական հերթեր են գոյացել հարուցելով ուղևորների դժգոհությունը: Ինձ ասացին այս անհարկի և անհասկանալի խստացումը մտցրել է ՊԵԿ Ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունը, որի պետի աթոռը դեռ պաշտոնապես թափուր է, բայց կարծես թե ՊԵԿ նորանշանակ նախագահը գտել է մեկին, որը պետք է ղեկավարի այս վարչությունը, և հիմա, հավանաբար հենց նրա ցուցումով, ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցները Կոմիտեի «ՆԱՎաստիների» հետ միասին պարտադիր ստուգում են բոլոր ժամանողների իրերը իբր դրանցում մաքսանենգ կամ հայտարարագրման ենթակա ապրանք գտնելու հույսով, ինչն, իրականում, բացի մարդկանց նյարդերի վրա ազդելուց և անհարմարություններ պատճառելուց ուրիշ որևէ օգուտ, ըստ էության, չի տալիս: ՆԱՎ-ի ապագա պետի, այս պահին դրա ԺՊ-ի և «Զվարթնոցում» այս անհասկանալի ստուգումների ու «ՆԱՎաստիների» արկածների մասին ավելի մանրամասն առաջիկայում:
