Նորիկ Նորիկյանը նոր մանրամասներ է հայտնել զինվորական կացարանի հրդեհից

ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղում զինվորական կացարանի հրդեհից 2 տարի անց ոչ մի դրական տեղաշարժ չկա, և ավելի շատ հարցեր են առաջացել, քան իրավասու մարմինների կողմից տրվել են պատասխաններ։ Այս մասին ասուլիսում հայտարարել է տուժողների ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Նորիկ Նորիկյանը։
Նրա խոքով` իրավասու մարմինները գործի վերաբերյալ փնթի և ոչ կոմպետենտ վերաբերմունք են դրսևորում. 2 տարին լիովին բավարար էր գործի վրա լույս սփռելու համար։
Դատական նիստերի ընթացքում ցուցմունք են տվել 19 տուժողներից 14-ը։ Նորիկյանը հիշել է, որ դատավարության ընթացքում երկու ծնող մահացել են, իսկ մնացածները սպասում են իրենց հերթին։ Անգամ կացարանի սեփականատեր հանդիսացող կինը չի հարցաքննվել։
«38 վկաներից հարցաքննվել են միայն 4-ը։ Առաջիկա դատական նիստերում հարցաքննվելու են ինչպես զորամասի հրամանատարական կազմը, այնպես էլ ԶՈւ–ի գլխավոր շտաբի ավելի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչներ»,–ասել է Նորիկյանը։
Նա հայտարարել է, որ պետական մարմիններն այդպես էլ չեն հերքել դիվերսիայի տարբերակը։ Ավելին, Նորիկյանը հատուկ գրություն է ուղարկել ԱԱԾ պետին` խնդրելով պարզաբանել, թե գործի ընթացքում ինչու չի ուսումնասիրվել գործով մեղադրվող սպա Եղիշ Հակոբյանի հնարավոր կապը օտարերկրյա` մասնավորապես ադրբեջանական ծառայությունների հետ, և նրանց կողմից առաջադրանքներ կատարելու, այդ թվում` կացարանն ամբողջությամբ այրելու հնարավորությունը։
«Մենք ստացել ենք պատասխան, որ ի գիտություն է ընդունվել մեր դիմումը, և նկատի կառնվի բարձրաձայնված հանգամանքները։ Մենք այլ բան չէինք սպասում»,- նշել է նա։
Նրա խոսքով` գործով բոլոր վկաների ցուցմունքները հակասում են միմյանց։ Նրանք փորձում են այլ իրականություն ստեղծել, ինչով էլ պայմանավորված է նախաքննության և վկաների նկատմամբ աննախադեպ անվստահությունը։
Հիշեցնենք` հունվարի 19-ին՝ ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում, հրդեհ էր բռնկվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղի տարածքում տեղակայված ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի կացարանում: Հրդեհի հետևանքով զոհվել էին 15, վնասվածքներ ստացել` 7 զինծառայող։
