ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթով առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի մասնաճյուղի տնօրենի և պաշտոնատար այլ անձանց կողմից իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու արդյունքում պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 17 մլն 299 հզր 250 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս:
«Մասնավորապես՝ Գ.Խ.-ն պարտավոր լինելով ապահովել ՊՈԱԿ-ի մասնաճյուղի բնականոն գործունեությունը, մինչև 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 15-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում անտառօգտագործման նկատմամբ պատշաճ վերահսկողություն չի իրականացրել, որի հետևանքով անտառատնտեսության տարածքում ապօրինի հատվել է 500 ծառ՝ պետությանը պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս:
2025 թվականի հունվարի 15-ին «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի մասնաճյուղի տնօրենի, երկու անտառապետի և վեց անտառապահի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել հսկող դատախազին, որոնք բավարարվել են:
2025 թվականի հունվարի 16-ին երկու անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 446-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (պաշտոնեական անփութությունը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք), յոթ անձի նկատմամբ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 446-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (պաշտոնեական անփութությունը):
Մեկ անձի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը, մեկ անձի նկատմամբ կիրառվել են այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցներ՝ տնային կալանք, բացակայելու արգելք և գրավ, երկու անձի նկատմամբ՝ պաշտոնավարման կասեցում և բացակայելու արգելք, երկու անձի նկատմամբ՝ բացակայելու արգելք և գրավ, երեք անձի նկատմամբ՝ բացակայելու արգելք:
