«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարել կառավարության 2011 թ. հունիսի 2-ի N 787-Ն որոշման մեջ: Նշվում է, որ նախագծի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակավայրերի՝ բեռնատար ավտոմոբիլների երթևեկությունն արգելված փողոցներում բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացման նպատակով բեռնատար ավտոմոբիլների երթևեկության ժամանակավոր թույլտվության մեկ միասնական ձև սահմանելու, ինչպես նաև տրամադրվող թույլտվությունների հաշվառման էլեկտրոնային համակարգի ներդրմամբ։
Առաջարկվում է փոփոխություններ կատարել կառավարության 2006 թ. հուլիսի 20-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակավայրերի՝ բեռնատար ավտոմոբիլների երթևեկությունն արգելված փողոցներում բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացման նպատակով բեռնատար ավտոմոբիլների երթևեկությունը թույլատրող ժամանակավոր թույլտվության ձևը և այն տալու կարգը սահմանելու մասին» N 787-Ն որոշման մեջ, որի արդյունքում տրամադրվող թույլտվությունները կհաշվառվեն էլեկտրոնային մատյանում, ինչի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի կլինի նաև ճանապարհային երթևեկության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող պարեկային ծառայությանը։
Այլևս անհրաժեշտություն չի առաջանա տրամադրված թույլտվությունը փակցնել ավտոմոբիլի խցիկի դիմապակուն։ Այսպիսով՝ նախագծի ընդունման արդյունքում կսահմանվի թույլտվության մեկ ձև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր բնակավայրերի համար, միաժամանակ թույլտվությունների հաշվառման էլեկտրոնային համակարգի ներդրմամբ պայմանավորված՝ կհեշտացվի նաև հսկողությունը դրանց նկատմամբ։ Նախագծի ընդունմամբ պետբյուջեում ծախսերի և եկամուտների ավելացում կամ նվազեցում չի նախատեսվում:
