14 января Следственный комитет РА получил информацию от Следственного комитета РА по Арабкирскому управлению МВД РА о том, что в рамках предварительного следствия по уголовному делу установлено, что более 35 поставок, осуществленных ЧАО «Магда Давтян», были осуществлены с подозрительными действиями. Об этом сообщает Shamshyan.com.

В то время Геворг Аветисян был исполняющим обязанности директора ЗАО «Ереванский метрополитен Карен Демирчян», на которого также возлагались обязанности по управлению имуществом и финансовыми ресурсами компании.

После сравнения данных, полученных от Статистического комитета РА и Министерства здравоохранения РА, следователи Арабкирского следственного управления установили, что стоимость товаров, поставленных ЧАО "Магда Давтян" в период с марта 2020 года по март 2021 года, существенно отличалась от рыночной. стоимости были поставлены по более высоким ценам, в результате чего возникла компания ПБ «Ереванский метрополитен имени Карена Демирчяна». убыток составил около 17 млн ​​драмов.

По факту происшествия в Арабкирском отделе общественной полиции оформляются документы для решения дальнейшего процесса.
