«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

bloknot.ru–ն գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանը պետք է հայտարարի Վրաստանով և Հայաստանով դեպի Իրան միջանցքի իր հավակնությունների մասին, ասել է հեռուստահաղորդավար Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովը։ Նա կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանի ազգային շահերը Կովկասում դա են պահանջում. «Եվ մենք պետք է օրինակ վերցնենք ԱՄՆ-ից, որը հայտարարեց, որ իրենց պետք է Պանամայի ջրանցքը, հետևաբար այն կպատկանի իրեն»։ Սոլովյովը կարծում է, որ Մոսկվան պետք է նույն կերպ վարվի։

Օրինակ՝ հայտարարի, որ իր ազգային շահերից է բխում Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի տարածքով դեպի Իրան միջանցք կտրելը։ Դրանով Ռուսաստանն, ի թիվս այլ բաների, իրենց տեղը կդնի նաև տարածաշրջանային ինքնահավան «արքայազներին»: Իսկապես, իրավիճակը Հայաստանում շատ ծանր է Ռուսաստանի համար։ Այնտեղ նրանք ուրախանում են Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ գործընկերության համար և խնդրում են Ռուսաստանի աջակիցներին հեռու մնալ ճանապարհից։ Իհարկե, ոչ բոլորը «հաջողությունից գլխապտույտ» ունեն։ Օրինակ՝ Սթենֆորդի համալսարանի քաղաքագիտության դոկտոր Արթուր Խաչիկյանը անհարմար հարցեր է տալիս: Մասնավորաբար՝ արդյո՞ք ԱՄՆ-ը պատրաստ է երաշխավորել և պաշտպանել Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, արդյո՞ք ԱՄՆ-ը հայտարարել է, որ չի հանդուրժի ագրեսիան Հայաստանի դեմ և օգնության կգա Հայաստանին, եթե նրա վրա հարձակվեն, Հայաստանին ի՞նչ զենք ու ռազմական օգնություն են ուղարկելու (18 միլիարդ՝ Իսրայելին, 120 միլիարդից ավելի Ուկրաինային է տրվել): Կամ՝ քանի որ Իսրայելը և Թուրքիան Ամերիկայի ամենակարևոր դաշնակիցներն են, իսկ Ադրբեջանը՝ նրանց դաշնակիցը, ի՞նչ շահ ունի Ամերիկան՝ պաշտպանելու Հայաստանին նրանցից: Ամերիկան Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանե՞ց Ղարաբաղում էթնիկ զտումներից կամ Ջերմուկի վրա հարձակումից հետո:

Իսկ ԽՍՀՄ ՊԱԿ–ի հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատի վետերան, Արցախյան պատերազմի վետերան Վովա Վարտանովը գրել է. «Նայենք ԱՄՆ–ի մի շարք դաշնակիցներին՝ Իսրայել, Սինգապուր, Ֆինլանդիա: Ի՞նչ ընդհանուր բան ունեն այս երկրները: Նրանք չեն ակնկալում, թե որևէ մեկը կգա և կփրկի իրենց։ Նրանք ապրում են տոտալ պատրաստության վիճակում։ Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ դաշինքը «հովանոց» չէ, որի տակ կարելի է թաքնվել բոլոր անախորժություններից։ Դա հասունության և պատրաստակամության փորձություն է։

Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ դաշինքը մարտահրավեր է: Դա մեզ համար մարտահրավեր է՝ կարո՞ղ ենք դառնալ ուժեղ, կարգապահ և պատրաստ ցանկացած սցենարի։ Որովհետև Ամերիկայի դաշնակիցը նա չէ, ով սպասում է օգնության, այլ նա, ով պատրաստ է պաշտպանել իրեն: Մինչ այժմ Հայաստանը պաշտպանվել է միայն Դմիտրի Կիսելևի հեռարձակումից և ռուսական «Վեստի նեդելի» հաղորդաշարից՝ հայտարարելով, որ այն անհարգալից է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ»։
