Հունվարի 14-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ քննիչի կողմից քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության շրջանակներում պարզվել է, որ «Մագդա Դավթյան» ԱՁ-ի կողմից կատարված 35-ից ավելի մատակարարումների ժամանակ կասկածելի գործողություններ են կատարվել։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը։

Այդ ժամանակ «Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան Երևանի մետրոպոլիտեն» ՓԲԸ տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը Գևորգ Ավետիսյանն է եղել, ում լիազորություների վրա է դրված եղել նաև պարտականություններ՝ տնօրինել ընկերության գույքը, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսական միջոցները:

Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները համադրելով ՀՀ վիճակագրական կոմիտեից և ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից ստացված տվյալները, հայտնաբերել են, որ 2020 թվականի մարտից միչև 2021 թվականի մարտ ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում «Մագդա Դավթյան» ԱՁ-ի կողմից կատարված  մատակարարումներով ապրանքների արժեքները շուկայական արժեքից էական տարբերվող արժեքներ են եղել, դրանք մատակարարվել են ավելի բարձր արժեքներով, որի արդյունքում «Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան Երևանի մետրոպոլիտեն» ՓԲ ընկերությանը պատճառվել է խոշոր չափերի մոտ17 մլն ՀՀ դրամի վնաս:
