Ադրբեջանը փորձում է բյուջեն տնտեսել դեսպանատներ փակելով. պատգամավոր

Ադրբեջանը 2016 թվականի կրճատված բյուջեի միջոցները փորձում է տնտեսել փակելով դեսպանատներն ու դեսպաններին հետ կանչելով: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' վկայակոչելով minval.az լրատվական կայքը, նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես է եկել իշխանամետ պատգամավոր Զահիդ Օրուջը:
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ նման կերպ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է տնտեսել բյուջետային միջոցները: Պետք է խոստովանել, որ մենք թույլ դեսպաններ ունենք, որոնք ոչնչով չեն զբաղվում, բացի արտասահմանում որոշ տոնական միջոցառումներին մասնակցելուց», -ասել է նա' չբացառելով, որ հնարավոր է' արտասահմանյան որոշ երկրներում Ադրբեջանի մի քանի դեսպանատներ միավորվեն:
Անդրադառնալով դեսպանատներ եւ հուպատոսություններ փակելու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հանձնարարականները որպես ԱԳՆ եւ նրա ղեկավար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի «կառավարման եւ արտաքին քաղաքականության մեթոդների ձախողում» ներկայացվելու լուրերին, պատգամավորն ասել է. «Չեմ կարծում, որ դեսպաններին հետ կանչելով, պետության ղեկավարը ցանկանում է ազատել նախարարին, չնայած նրան, որ այդ նախարարությունը զբաղվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրով»:
Նա նաեւ հավելել է, որ եղել են այնպիսի քայլեր, որոնց համար Էլմար Մամեդյարովը քննադատության է ենթարկվել:
Վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն եւ նրա որոշ աշխատակիցներ ներքաշվել են մի քանի սկանդալների մեջ: Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները հայտնել էին, որ Էլմար Մամեդյարովը չի կարողանում կատարել իր անմիջական պարտականությունները: Բացի այդ, ԵԽԽՎ-ում ադրբեջանամետ բանաձեւի մերժումը եւս ներկայցվել է որպես Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի անգործունեության արդյունք:
Իլհամ Ալիեւի հանձնարարությամբ օրերս հետ է կանչվել Լատվիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Էլման Զեյնալովը, որի կինը փորձել էր տեսուչներին 500 եվրո կաշառք տալ վարորդական իրավունք ստանալու համար: Հետ են կանչվել նաեւ Մեքսիկայում, Կոստա Ռիկայում, Գվատեմալայում, Պանամայում, Պերուում, Հոնդուրասում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Իլգար Մուխտարովը: Նշվել էր, որ կադրային փոփոխություններ են կատարվել նաեւ Ադրբեջանի այլ դինագիտական ներկայացուցչություններում:
2015 թվականին Ադրբեջանի 6 դիվանագետներ հրաժարվել են վերադառնալ հայրենիք: Եվրամիությունում Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության նախկին դեսպան Արիֆ Մամեդովը, Ստրասբուրգում Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցչության աշխատակից Սամիր Իսմայիլովը որոշել են մնալ Բելգիայում: Հոլանդիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան զինվորական կցորդ Նահիդ Մուխտար օղլու Ջաֆարովը հրաժարվել է վերադառնալ Ադրբեջան եւ ապաստան է խնդրել իր ծառայության երկրում: Դիվանագետներ Ֆարիդ Սուբհանվերդիեւը եւ Անար Հասանովը' Ավստրալիայում: Բաքու չի ցանկացել վերադառնալ նաեւ Իսպանիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Ալթայ Էֆենդիեւը:
