2024 թվականի փետրվարին՝ քացախ պարունակող «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջրի շշից խմելուց հետո մահացած, Վլադիկավկազից 65-ամյա գործարար Գուսովի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը կասեցվել է, «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին ասել է ընտանիքի փաստաբան Այրատ Խիկմատուլինը։ .

Գործը հարուցվել էր անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ծառայություններ մատուցելու փաստով, որն «անզգուշությամբ հանգեցրել է մարդու մահվան»։ Մահացածի այրին և դուստրերը հայց էին ներկայացրել նաև հանքային ջրերի հայկական արտադրողի դեմ (հայցն անհիմն է համարվում), Վլադիկավկազի դատարանն այն թողել է առանց շարժի։

«Ինչպես մեզ հայտնի է, հետաքննությունը դեռ անցյալ տարվա մայիսին հարցումներ է ուղարկել Հայաստան, սակայն ամբաստանյալն անտեսում է հարցումները, թեև ընկերությունը պետք է շահագրգռված լինի լիարժեք հետաքննությունով և իր հեղինակությունը պաշտպանելով»,- ասել է փաստաբանը։

Նա նաև հավելել է, որ բացառել է ջրի շշերի հանցավոր փոխարինման հնարավորությունը. պահեստի աշխատակիցները հաստատել են, որ ջուրը կնքված է եկել և նույն վիճակով առաքվել խանութ։

«Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներով «Ջերմուկ Գրուպ» ՓԲ ընկերության դեմ ներկայացված հայցի վերաբերյալ հրապարակումների կապակցությամբ հայտնում ենք, որ հրապարակումներում տեղ են գտել իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող, զրպարտություն հանդիսացող և անմեղության կանխավարկածը խախտող տեղեկություններ, քանի որ ոչ հարուցված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում, ոչ էլ իրականացված բազմաթիվ ստուգումներից (այդ թվում ՌԴ պետական իրավասու մարմինների կողմից իրականացված) որևէ մեկով չի հիմնավորվել, որ ՌԴ Վլադիկավկազ քաղաքի բնակիչ Օլեգ Գուսովի մահը վրա է հասել «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջուր խմելու կամ գործարանային արտադրության շշալցված «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջրի շշի պարունակությունը խմելու արդյունքում»,- ի թիվս այլնի՝ հայտնել էր «Ջերմուկ Գրուպ»-ը։
