Եթե մենք գայինք իշխանության, վստահաբար մեր նախընտրական ծրագիրը կիրականացնեինք եւ Արցախը այսօր հայաթափված չէր լինի: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 22-ին, ԱԺ-ում հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ նշեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Քրիստինե Վարդանյանը:
Նա հարց ուղղեց Արարատ Միրզոյանին՝ նշելով. «Այն պարագայում, երբ ՀՀ արտահանման 235 տոկոսից ավելին, ներմուծման 56 տոկոսից ավելին ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հետ, երբ մենք գազ ենք գնում 165 դոլար 1000 խմ-ի համար, որը շուկայականից 5-6 անգամ էժան է, երբ ցորենի 90 տոկոսը ներմուծում ենք Ռուսաստանից, դուք ինչի դիմաց ինչ եք առաջարկում մեր քաղաքացիներին: Այո, ԵՄ-ն եւ ԵԱՏՄ-ն համատեղելի չեն, հիմա դուք ինչ եք առաջարկում»:
Ի պատասխան Արարատ Միրզոյանն ասաց. «Մեր Սահմանադրությունն ասում է, որ եթե կա որեւէ առաջարկ, որի տակ 50 հազար մարդ ստորագրում է, այդ առաջարկը գալիս է ԱԺ: Հետո ասել եմ, որ կառավարությունը պետք է դիրքորոշում հայտնի դրա վերաբերյալ: Մեր կառավարությունը կողմ է արտահայտվել այդ օրենքի ընդունմանը եւ տրամաբանական կլինի, որ իշխող մեծամասնությունը ըստ այդմ քվեարկի: Հիմա էլ եմ ասում՝ շատ տրամաբանական է, որ իշխող խմբակցությունը քվեարկի այնպես, ինչպես իր կառավարությունը խորհուրդ է տալիս:
Հաջորդիվ հնչել է հարց լրագրողի կողմից՝ չեք կարծո՞ւմ, որ հակասություն է առաջանալու ԵՄ-ի եւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջեւ: Ես ասել եմ հետեւյալը. Կա օրենքի նախագիծ, որտեղ գրված է՝ Հայաստանը հայտարարում է ԵՄ անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին: Ուրիշ բան գրված չի: Կլինի՞ ուրիշ բան, կհասնե՞ն գործընթացներն այլ հանգրվանի, կնստենք, միասին կհասկանանք՝ որն է ճիշտ, որտեղ ենք մեզ տեսնում, երբ ենք տեսնում:
Մենք մեր ռուս գործընկերների հետ սերտ, բնականոն աշխատում ենք: Թվեր եք բերում, թվերը շատ խոսուն են, իրենք իրենց տեղը խոսում են»:
Քրիստնե Վարդանյանը նկատեց, որ կառավարությունը, ըստ էության, ոչ մի կոնկրետություն ու հաշվարկ չունի. «Գալու է հասնի ճգնաժամի, ու չեմ բացառում, որ կանգնելու եք, ասեք՝ դե գազը պետք է Ադրբեջանից բերենք, ցորենն էլ Թուրքիայից»:
