ՌԴ-ի համապատասխան գերատեսչության հունվարի 20-ի որոշումը կարելի է մեկնաբանել մի քանի տեսանկյունից

ՌԴ-ի համապատասխան գերատեսչության հունվարի 20-ի որոշումը՝ որով ժամանակավորապես արգելվել է Հայաստանից մի շարք գյուղմթերքների, այդ թվում՝ մսի, կաթնամթերքի ներմուծումը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, կարելի է մեկնաբանել մի քանի տեսանկյունից:
1. Այն, որ ՌԴ-ն նպատակ ունի դառնալու ինքնաբավ երկիր և դրա ճանապարհին բացարձակապես նրան չի հետաքրքրում , թե որ՞ երկրից է այն արտահանվում, ռազմավարական դաշնակցի ու ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրի, թե՞ մեկ այլ, կարծում եմ շատ նորմալ; երևույթ է: Ուղղակի պետք է պահպանել, զարգացնել ներքին շուկան, և դա ամբողջությամբ տեղավորվում է ինքնիշխան պետության քաղաքականության ներսում:Մարդիկ պարզապես հետամուտ են սեփական շահերին և դրա մեջ կարող են անտեսել այլ շահեր:
2.Այն, որ արգելքը Հայաստանում դաբաղ տիպի հիվանդության հետ կապված անկայուն իրավիճակով է պայմանավորված եղել և որ տեղում իրավիճակին ծանոթանալու նպատակով նույնիսկ ՌԴ համապատասխան հսկողության դաշնային ծառայության պատվիրակություն է ժամանել Հայաստան, խոսում է այն մասին, որ նույն ՌԴ-ում բավական լուրջ ուշադրություն են դարձնում սննդի անվտանգության խնդրին և որ այդ հիվանդությունը ՀՀ-ում առկա է, որի եզակի դեպի գոյության մասին խոսել է նաև ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետը:
Իսկ այն ակնհայտ փաստը, որ մեզանում մսի և մսամթերքի արտադրողից սպառողին ընկած ճանապարհը բացարձակապես բարձիթողի և հիգենիայի տեսակետից ահավոր վատ , չվերահսկվող , նույնիսկ ահավոր վտանգավոր վիճակում է,դրանում կարող է համոզվել ցանկացած ՀՀ քաղաքացի, ով որոշի մոտիկից ծանոթանալու միս-մսամթերքը արտադրողից սպառողին հասցնելու ողջ շղթային:
Չնայած, եթե նշածս համապատասխան գործառույթներին տեղյակ լինի ողջ ազգաբնակչությունը, հազիվ թե որևէ մեկը գտնվի, ով չի հրաժարվի այն օգտագործելուց:
Խնդիրը կարելի է ասել լրիվ բարձիթողի վիճակում է գտնվում, և այն էլ այն դեպքում, երբ առկա է սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայություն:Իսկ այն, որ սեփական ժողովրդի առողջությունն ավելի թանկ է, քան ցանկացած տնտեսական կամ այլ շահ, դրանում երկրորդ կարծիք լինել չի կարող:
