ChatGPT և OpenAI API-ի համաշխարհային խափանում. ի՞նչ է հայտնի դրա մասին
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
2025 թվականի հունվարի 23-ին գլոբալ խափանում տեղի ունեցավ ChatGPT չաթբոտի և OpenAI API համակարգերում։ Խնդիրն այժմ լուծվել է, բայց ոչ բոլոր օգտատերերի համար են ծառայությունները պատշաճ աշխատում:
Խնդիրը և դրա մասշտաբները
Խափանման ժամանակ չաթբոտի գլխավոր էջը ցուցադրում էր սխալի հաղորդագրություն՝ «Անհնար է զրույց սկսել», իսկ բոտի հետ շփվելու փորձ կատարելիս հայտնվում էր տեքստ՝ «Եթե այս խնդիրը չվերանա, խնդրում ենք կապվել մեզ հետ help.openai.com հասցեով մեր օգնության կենտրոնի միջոցով»:
Որոշ օգտատերեր նաև խնդիրներ են ունեցել OpenAI հարթակ մուտք գործելիս platform.openai.com կայքում:
Խափանումների մասին հաղորդումներ են ստացվել ամբողջ աշխարհից, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ից, Կանադայից, Մեծ Բրիտանիայից, Դանիայից, Ռուսաստանից և այլ երկրներից:
OpenAI-ը պաշտոնապես ընդունել է խնդիրը՝ իր կարգավիճակի էջում հրապարակելով հայտարարություն։ Այն խոսում էր ChatGPT և OpenAI API համակարգերի աշխատանքի մեջ «սխալների բարձր մակարդակի» մասին։
Վերականգնման գործընթացը
Անջատումից հետո կես ժամվա ընթացքում OpenAI-ի ինժեներները պարզեցին խնդրի բուն պատճառը և սկսեցին շտկել: Մեկ ժամ անց ChatGPT և API մուտքը վերականգնվեց:
Այնուամենայնիվ, 20 րոպե անց համակարգը կրկին անհասանելի էր ամբողջ աշխարհում: OpenAI-ն ասաց, որ կրկին հանդիպել է «սխալների բարձր մակարդակի» և աշխատում է խնդիրը շտկելու ուղղությամբ:
Նախորդ միջադեպերը
Սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ OpenAI-ն իր ծառայությունների հետ կապված գլոբալ խնդիրների է հանդիպում։ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի վերջին ChatGPT-ը, OpenAI API-ն և Sora վիդեո տեքստի ստեղծման համակարգը խափանվեցին: Պատճառն այնուհետև ձախողումն էր «վերին հոսքի մատակարարի» մոտ, որի անունը OpenAI-ը չէր նշել:
