1.Թոքերի քաղցկեղ. (Սովորաբար սա վերաբերում է ծայրամասային թոքերի քաղցկեղին): Գտնվելով ոչ թե բրոնխների կենտրոնում, այլ դրանցից հեռավորության վրա՝ քաղցկեղը կարող է տարիներ շարունակ նստել և որևէ ախտանիշ չտալ։ Սա է պատճառը, որ ուշ փուլերում հայտնաբերված հիվանդների տոկոսը կայուն աճում է ամեն տարի: Իհարկե, կան ախտանիշների խմբեր, որոնք ազդանշան են տալիս հիվանդության մասին, սակայն հիվանդները հաճախ անտեսում են դրանք: Ախտանշանները՝ հազ, արյունը խորխի մեջ, թուլություն, շնչահեղձություն, ախորժակի կորուստ, քաշի կորուստ, թուլություն: Ձայնի խռպոտությունը, մարմնի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումը մինչև 37 աստիճան և ESR-ի բարձրացումը կարող են վկայել նաև թոքերի քաղցկեղի մասին: Ինչպես տեսնում եք, ախտանիշների մեծ մասը ոչ սպեցիֆիկ են: (բացառությամբ խորхի հետ խառնված արյան, բայց դա միշտ չէ, որ տեղի է ունենում)
2. Ստամոքսի քաղցկեղ. Ստամոքսը մարսողական համակարգի վերին հատվածն է, որտեղ տեղի է ունենում սննդի մարսողություն: Ստամոքսի քաղցկեղի ախտորոշումը կարող է բարդանալ նաև հիվանդության վաղ փուլերում ախտանիշների ոչ հատուկ լինելու պատճառով: Դրանք ներառում են՝ թուլություն, ախորժակի կորուստ, ուտելուց հետո փքվածության զգացում, հոգնածության ավելացում, «էպիգաստրային շրջանում» անհանգստություն: Շատ բան կախված է ուռուցքի գտնվելու վայրից: Այսպիսով, եթե քաղցկեղը գտնվում է ստամոքսի վերին հատվածներում, կարող են առաջանալ հետևյալ ախտանիշները՝ սրտխառնոց, փսխում և սնունդ ուտելու անկարողություն։
