IDBank выпускает первый транш долларовых облигаций 2025 года

24 января 2025 года IDBank разместил именные купонные облигации под аббревиатурой AMANLBB2SER3 посредством публичного размещения на следующих условиях:
- Общий объем - 5 миллионов долларов
- Годовая процентная ставка - 4,75%
- Срок обращения облигаций - 27 месяцев
- Облигации будут выплачиваться ежеквартально
- Срок погашения - 24 апреля 2027г.
Облигации будут размещены с 24 января 2025 года по 28 марта 2025 года включительно. Стоит отметить, что это 28-й выпуск долларовых облигаций IDBank и первый транш 2025 года.
После размещения будет осуществлен листинг облигаций в ОАО «Армянская фондовая биржа», и облигации будут котироваться посредством создателя рынка (Marketmaker).
Полная информация об облигациях будет доступна в приложении Idram&IDBank сразу после покупки: в разделе «Облигации» подраздела «Банковские услуги» представлены отличительный код, количество, номинальная стоимость, годовой купонный доход, дата выплаты купона и дата погашения облигаций.
