ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը արձագանքել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանի հայտարարությանը․

«Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել ՀՀ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում առկա մի շարք խնդիրների վերաբերյալ՝ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հասցեին հնչեցնելով անհիմն մեղադրանքներ, իբր «վերջինս քայլեր չի ձեռնարկում իրավիճակը շտկելու ուղղությամբ»:

Սույն անձի նման վարքագիծը ոչ միայն անընդունելի է, այլ իր իրականացրած մնացյալ քայլերի համատեքստում առերևույթ կարող է պարունակել նաև քրեական օրենսգրքով սահմանված արարքի հատկանիշներ: 

Սույն պատգամավորին հորդորում ենք ծանոթանալ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնական հարթակներում ազատությունից զրկման վայրեր, այդ թվում՝ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ անձամբ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի և նրա հանձնարարությամբ` իր ներկայացուցիչների կողմից իրականացվող պարբերական այցերի, դրանց արդյունքում արձանագրած խնդիրների վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներին, Պաշտպանի` որպես կանխարգելման ազգային մեխանիզմի տարեկան զեկույցներին, որոնք, ի դեպ, յուրաքանչյուր տարի քննարկվում են Ազգային ժողովում, արտահերթ զեկույցներին, որոնցից մեկը հրապարակվել է նախորդ տարվա ավարտին, ինչպես նաև Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հրապարակային բազմաթիվ ելույթներին և զերծ մնալ հասարակության շրջանում թյուր կարծիք ձևավորելու փորձերից:

Հարկ ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ վերոնշյալ խնդիրների վերաբերյալ Պաշտպանի կողմից պարբերաբար կազմակերպվում են քննարկումներ, որոնց հրավիրվում են ինչպես իրավասու գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, այնպես էլ Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորներ:

Ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում տեղի ունեցած բազմաթիվ դեպքերի հետ կապված հենց Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն է հաղորդում ներկայացրել, ինչի արդյունքում այժմ առկա են նաև քրեական վարույթներ: Բացի այդ, ազատությունից զրկված անձանց իրավունքների հետ կապված բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով լուծում են ստանում հենց Պաշտպանի միջամտության արդյունքում:

Ավելին, այժմ հրապարակային քննարկվող խնդիրների մեծ մասը նույնիսկ հասանելի չի եղել դրանք այսօր հրապարակային քննարկող դերակատարներին` մինչև Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից

տարբեր ձևաչափերով դրանք հրապարակային դարձնելը, քանի որ նման բնույթի խնդիրներն արձանագրելու լայն մանդատ և հնարավորություն ունի հենց ՄԻՊ-ը:

Ազատությունից զրկված անձանց իրավունքների ու ազատությունների պաշտպանության և խթանման հետ կապված հարցերը գտնվում են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ամենօրյա ուշադրության ներքո:

Հորդորում ենք պահպանել պատգամավորական էթիկայի կանոնները և ձեռնպահ մնալ ՄԻՊ հաստատություններին վերաբերելի միջազգային չափանիշների խախտումներից»:
