Լյուքս Ստեփանյանի սպանության համար 17 տարով ազատազրկված Դավիթը հրաշքի է սպասում

Ժամկետային զինծառայող Լյուքս Ստեփանյանի սպանության համար 17 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը չի համակերպվել պատժի հետ, պարզապես լուռ սպասում է հրաշքի: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց դատապարտյալի եղբայրը` Վարդան Խաչատրյանը:
«Էդ պատժի հետ ոչ ոք էլ չի կարող համակերպվել, ուղղակի խելոք սպասում ա, հրաշքի ա սպասում»,-ասաց Վարդան Խաչատրյանը` հավելելով, որ եղբոր հետ վերջին անգամ անցած տարի է խոսել տեսակցության ժամանակ:
Վարդան Խաչատրյանը, սակայն, եղբոր նման լավատես չէ, չի հավատում, որ Հայաստանում հնարավոր է արդարության հասնել:
«Ես էս երկրում ոչ մի ակնկալիք էլ չունեմ, արդեն հույսս կտրել եմ, ոչ մի բան էլ ոչ սպասում եմ, ոչ էլ: Էլ պայքարելու տեղ չկա, բոլոր տեղերում բողոքել ենք, նույն են թողել, էլ ի՞նչ, եթե պայքարելու տեղ գիտեք, ասեք, գնանք, պայքարենք»,-ասաց Խաչատրյանը:
Վարդան Խաչատրյանի խոսքով` իրենց երկրորդ գանգատ-բողոքն այժմ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում է։ ՄԻԵԴ-ից եւս Խաչատրյանն առանձնապես հույսեր չունի:
«Եվրադատարանում է գործը, բայց ասում են` 4-5 տարի կարող ա ձգվի, չգիտեմ` դրա օգուտը ո՞րն ա»,-ասաց Դավիթ Խաչատրյանի եղբայրը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ողբերգությունը կատարվել էր 2013թ. մայիսի 15-ին, ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում, Հայաստանի ՊՆ N զորամասի պահակախմբի մուտքի դիտորդ, ժամկետային զինծառայող, 19-ամյա շարքային Դավիթ Ռաֆայելի Խաչատրյանն իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿՄ տեսակի ինքնաձիգից կրակոց էր արձակել, ինչի հետեւանքով պահակախմբում ընդգրկված ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Լյուքս Ստեփանյանը գլխի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վիրավորումից տեղում մահացել էր, իսկ նույն զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Հրաչյա Վաղինակի Սարգսյանը գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վիրավորում էր ստացել: Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը, որը պնդում էր, որ կատակով է կրակել, զենքը ուղիղ Լյուքսի վրա չի պահել, եւ գնդակն անդրադարձով է դիպչել Լյուքսին, մեղավոր է ճանաչվել Տավուշի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի կողմից եւ դատապարտվել 17 տարվա ազատազրկման:Վերաքննիչ դատարանը անփոփոխ էր թողել վճիռը: Նրանք Վճռաբեկ դատարան բողոք էին ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով վերաորակել արարքը, գործը ուղարկել նոր քննության, սակայն այն մերժվել էր:
