ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմական օգնությունն Ուկրաինային չի դադարեցվի: Դա կախված չէ ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի որոշումից՝ դադարեցնել արտաքին օգնությունը 90 օրով, հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին Մոլդովայի նախագահ Մայա Սանդուի հետ մամուլի ասուլիսում, փոխանցում է РБК-Украина-ն։
Ուկրաինայի նախագահը նշել է, որ դեռ պատրաստ չէ մեկնաբանել ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի որոշումը, սակայն ընդգծել է, որ Ուկրաինային ռազմական օգնությունը չի դադարեցվի։
«Ես գիտեմ, որ կան որոշակի սահմանափակումներ, դրանք պետք է մանրամասն նայենք։ Մարդասիրական ծրագրերի 90-օրյա սահմանափակում։ Ես գիտեմ, որ աշխարհում կան բազմաթիվ հաստատություններ, որոնց նախկինում աջակցում էր ԱՄՆ կառավարությունը: Ես չգիտեմ այդ մասին, ես չեմ տեսնում այս գումարը: Ես կարող եմ ասել միայն այն, ինչ կարող է չստանալ Ուկրաինան, ինչը ես անում եմ։ Ես կենտրոնացած եմ ռազմական օգնության վրա, այն չի դադարեցվել, փառք Աստծո»,- ասել է Զելենսկին։
Ավելի վաղ, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը ստորագրել է գործադիր հրաման՝ 90 օրով ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնելու ԱՄՆ արտաքին օգնության բոլոր ծրագրերը՝ սպասելով վերանայման՝ պարզելու, թե արդյոք դրանք համապատասխանում են իր քաղաքական նպատակներին:
Պենտագոնը հայտարարել է, որ դա չի վերաբերում Ուկրաինային տրամադրվող ռազմական օգնությանը։
