Հունվարի 27-ից դեպի ՌԴ և Բելառուս կամ ՌԴ-ի և Բելառուսի միջով այլ երկիր ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտով տեղափոխվող մի շարք ապրանքների փոխադրման համար անհրաժեշտ է լինելու տրանսպորտային միջոցների վրա տեղադրել նավիգացիոն կապարակնիքներ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեից։

Մասնավորապես, խոսքը վերաբերում է ալկոհոլային, ծխախոտային ապրանքներին, տրիկոտաժին, կոշկեղենին, հեռախոսային սարքավորումներին, մոնիտորներին և այն ապրանքներին, որոնք Բելառուսի օրենսդրության համաձայն, դասակարգվում են որպես վտանգավոր ապրանքներ և տարանցման մաքսային ընթացակարգի ներքո ձևակերպվել են այդ երկրում:

Նավիգացիոն կապարակնիքները փոխադրողներին կտրամադրվեն Վերին Լարսի անցման կետում։ Սակայն կապարակնիք ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է նախքան անցակետ ժամանելը գրանցվել համապատասխան կայքում, նախապես կատարել վճարումներ և այլն:

Հիշեցնենք՝ 2024թ․ սեպտեմբերին Երևանում Եվրասիական տնտեսական համաժողովի շրջանակներում ԵՏՀ մաքսային համագործակցության հարցերով կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Ռուսլան Դավիդովն ասել էր, որ ԵՏՀ-ն հույս ունի՝ նավիգացիոն կապարակնիքների մասին համաձայնագիրը գործնականում կսկսի կիրառվել արդեն 2025 թվականին: 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 19-ին Մոսկվայում ԵԱՏՄ երկրների ղեկավարների կողմից ստորագրված նավիգացիոն կապարակնիքների մասին համաձայնագիրն ուժի մեջ է մտել 2023 թվականի ապրիլին։
