Հունվարի 26-ին Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի օրհնությամբ Միածնաէջ Մայր Տաճարում, Հայոց բանակի օրվա կապակցությամբ` հավարտ Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագի, կատարվեց Հանրապետական մաղթանք։ Հայտնում են Մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Պատարագիչն էր ՀՀ ԶՈՒ հոգևոր առաջնորդ Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Մովսես վարդապետ Սարգսյանը:
Սրբազան արարողությանը ներկա էին Մայր Աթոռի միաբաններ, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ սպաներ, կուրսանտներ և զինծառայողներ, ՀՀ ԶՈւ Հոգևոր Առաջնորդության գնդերեցներ:

Իր քարոզում Հայր Սուրբը, անդրադառնալով օրվա խորհրդին, ի մասնավորի նշեց. «Մարդկության հանդեպ Աստծո սերն արտահայտվեց Միածին Որդու զոհաբերությամբ: Նույն զոհաբերվող սերն առկա է հայրենիքի պաշտպանի առաքելության մեջ։ …Հիշենք մեր այն նահատակներին, ովքեր զինվորական երդմանը հավատարիմ, պատերազմների, մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ դրսևորեցին բացառիկ քաջություն ու անձնազոհություն՝ իրենց նահատակությամբ փրկելով կյանքեր՝ համաձայն Տիրոջ խոսքի, թե «Ոչ ոք ավելի մեծ սեր չունի, քան նա, ով իր կյանքն է տալիս իր բարեկամների համար» (Հովհ. 15:13)։ 

Հայրենիքի անվտանգությունն ու ամբողջականությունն ապահովելու փրկարար առաքելությունն իրականացնելու համար յուրքանչյուր հայորդու ուժ է տալիս հավատն առ Աստված, որ փոխանցվում է մեր Սուրբ Եկեղեցու միջոցով։ Քրիստոնյա զինվորի համար հայրենասիրությունն Աստծո և մերձավորի հանդեպ սիրո պատվիրանի կատարումն է»,-նշեց պատարագիչ Հայր Սուրբը։ 

Վերջում ամենքին շնորհավորելով բանակի օրվա առիթով՝ Մովսես վարդապետը Տիրոջ զորակցությունը մաղթեց Հայոց բանակի յուրաքանչյուր զինծառայողի՝ հանուն վաղվա հաղթանակների և ազգային նպատակների իրականացման։
Սուրբ Պատարագի ավարտին, նախագահությամբ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի, կատարվեց Հանրապետական մաղթանք, որի ընթացքում հոգևոր դասը և արարողությանը ներկա ժողովուրդն աղոթք բարձրացրեցին առ Բարձրյալն Աստված՝ հայցելով, որ Տերը խաղաղ ու անվտանգ ծառայություն շնորհի մեր զինվորներին ու սպաներին, անսասան պահի հայրենի պետության սահմանները և իր խնամքի ներքո պահպանի համայն մեր ժողովրդին։
