Լուկաշենկոն պատմել է Բելառուսում «Օրեշնիկ» հրթիռային համալիրի տեղակայման ծրագրերի մասին

Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն ռուսաստանյան «Օրեշնիկ» հրթիռային համալիրը ստանալուց հետո հույս ունի այն տեղակայել երկրի Սմոլենսկին ավելի մոտ գտնվող տարածքում։ Այս մասին նա հայտարարել է Մինսկում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում, հայտնում է ԲԵԼՏԱ-ն։

«Այնտեղ՝ Սմոլենսկին ավելի մոտ։ Ես այդպես եմ մտածում: Հետո կտեսնենք: Պահանջվում է որոշակի հեռավորություն: Վատ է, երբ թիրախներդ շատ մոտ են։ Բայց նույնիսկ երբ դրանք շատ հեռու են, ավելի քիչ բեռնվածություն նույնպես կարող են կրել: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ես դիտարկում եմ ձեզ (Ռուսաստան - ԲԵԼՏԱ-ի ծնթ․) մոտ ինչ-որ տեղ: Առավել ևս, որ սա ընդհանուր զենք է։ Բայց չեմ ասում, հենց Սմոլենսկի մոտ։ Ես, ուղղակի, հիմա այդպես եմ մտածում»,- ասել է նա։

Պատասխանելով «Օրեշնիկի» Բելառուս մատակարարման ժամկետների մասին հարցին՝ Լուկաշենկոն պարզաբանել է, որ ինքը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ ժամկետները չի որոշել։

«Նախ, դա հրատապ չէ։ Ես, իհարկե, հասկանում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանին նույնպես այս «Օրեշնիկը» պետք է և այլն։ Դե, և հետո, դա այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ: Երբ ասացի «10 համալիր», կատակեցի,- ասել է նա։- Դա խելացնոր գումար է: Եվ Ռուսաստանի արդյունաբերությունը չէ՞ որ միայն «Օրեշնիկ» չի արտադրում։ Ես դա հասկանում եմ։ Բելառուսի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար «Օրեշնիկի» մեկ համալիրը բավարար է։ Բայց դրանք պետք են նաև Ռուսաստանին։ Եվ մենք կոնկրետ ժամկետներ չենք նշել։ Հրատապ չէ։ Բելառուսի պաշտպանության համար մենք բավականաչափ այլ զենքեր ունենք»:

«Պետք լինի, մենք  Ռուսաստանից էլի ինչ-որ բան կվերցնենք և կխնդրենք: Դե, եթե իսկապես ինչ-որ արտակարգ բան լինի, և «Օրեշնիկ» պետք լինի, դե, Ռուսաստանից կներկրենք՝ այն, ինչ այսօր ունեն։ Անվտանգության առումով սա տարածք է, որը պետք է պահպանվի համատեղ ջանքերով, ստեղծվել է Բելառուսի և Ռուսաստանի համատեղ խմբավորում։ Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ պատերազմ է ընթանում Ուկրաինայում, այդ խմբավորումը գոյություն ունի այստեղ»,- հավելել է նա։

Նա նաև նշել է, որ Բելառուսում «Օրեշնիկ» տեղակայելու ծրագրերը պատասխան են Եվրոպայում ամերիկյան միջին հեռահարության հրթիռներ տեղակայելու ցանկության և հնարավորության։

«Ուստի, եթե նրանք հրաժարվեն դրանից, ապա ես կասեմ իմ մեծ եղբորը. «Բեր սպասենք»: Կարևոր չէ՝ դրանք կլինեն Սմոլենսկում, թե Օրշայում։ Մեզ համար դա նշանակություն չունի։ Մեզ համար կարևոր է, որ ամերիկյան միջին հեռահարության հրթիռները չհասնեն եվրոպական տարածք, քանի որ դրանք կարող են զինված լինել միջուկային բաղադրիչով։ Եթե անկեղծ ասենք»,- ասել է Լուկաշենկոն։

Ըստ նրա, առաջին «Օրեշնիկը» կտեղակայվի, երբ այն արտադրվի Ռուսաստանում:
