Քննարկվում է Կարսի անցակետի հնարավոր բացումը

Անկարայում Թուրքիա-Հայաստան կարգավորման գործընթացի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Սերդար Քըլըչը, Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ Կովկասի և Միջին Ասիայի ստորաբաժանման ղեկավարի տեղակալ Այշե Ուզերը, ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչներ Արիֆ Էքմեքչին և Օնդեր Աքգյունն ընդունել են Կարսի առևտրի և արդյունաբերության պալատի կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահ Քադիր Բոզանին, խորհրդի նախագահ Իդրիս Աջային և կառավարման խորհրդի անդամներին։
Հաղորդվում է, որ հավաքի գլխավոր օրակարգային հարցը եղել է Կարսի Աքյաքայի շրջանում գտնվող «Արևելյան դարպաս» սահմանային անցակետի բացումը, այդ գործընթացի նշանակությունը Կարսի ժողովրդի համար և անցակետի բացման հնարավոր սոցիալ-տնտեսական հետևանքները շրջանի վրա։
Կարսի առևտրի և արդյունաբերության պալատի կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահն իր խոսքում նշել է․ «Մոտիկից հետևում ենք Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա-Հայաստան կարգավորման գործընթացին և հավատում ենք, որ Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա-Հայաստան խնդիրների լուծումից և կարգավորման իրականացումից հետո «Արևելյան դարպաս» սահմանային անցակետի բացումը կնպաստի ոչ միայն Կարսի, այլև տարածաշրջանի ժողովուրդների տնտեսական ու սոցիալական զարգացմանը։ Սահմանային դարպասի բացումը մեծացնելու է Կարսի առևտրաշրջանառությունը, ամրապնդելու է շրջանում զբաղվածությունը և մեծ թափ է հաղորդելու մեր տնտեսությանը։ Այս կարևոր զարգացումը միաժամանակ ամրապնդելու է Կարսի տարածաշրջանային կապերը և առաջ է մղելու միջազգային համագործակցությունը»։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Կարսի առևտրի և արդյունաբերության պալատը մշտապես աջակցել է տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությունն ու տնտեսական զարգացումը խրախուսող նմանօրինակ քայլերին, նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ հանդիպումը կարևոր ճանապարհ կբացի Կարսի ապագայի տեսանկյունից։
