«Ավանտա»-ն սկսել է իրավական գործընթացներ ընդդեմ antheris-ի․ բժշկական կենտրոնի վերաբրենդավորվման մասին լուրը կեղծ է

«Ավանտա» նորարարական բժշկական կենտրոնի վերաբրենդավորման մասին սոցցանցերում ամիսներ շարունակ տարածվող լուրերը կեղծ են ու չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
Իրավիճակի կարգավորմանն ուղղված տևական անարդյունք բանակցություններից հետո ստիպված ենք հանդես գալ հայտարարությամբ՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ դեռևս 2024թ․-ի հունիս ամսին «Ավանտա» ընկերության («Ամիդա» ՍՊԸ) որոշ աշխատակիցներ առանձնացել են ընկերությունից՝ ապօրինաբար իրենց հետ տանելով ընկերության սոցցանցերի էջերի կառավարման հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև ընկերությանը պատկանող մի շարք սարքավորումներ։ Սույն աշխատակիցները հիմնել են իրենց առանձին ընկերությունը՝ antheris-ը, որը մատուցում է «Ավանտա»-ի կողմից մշակված ծառայությունների մի մասը՝ «Ավանտա»-ի նախկին մասնաճյուղերում։
Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ «Ավանտա» նորարարական բժշկական կենտրոնը կապ չունի antheris կենտրոնի («Իմսիրուն» ՓԲԸ), ինչպես նաև նրանց կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի, անբարեխիղճ մրցակցության ու դրա հետևանքով կիրառված տուգանքների հետ։ Մենք պատասխանատվություն չենք կրում նաև վերոնշյալ ընկերության կողմից բուժանձնակազմի հավաքագրման ու բժշկական ծառայություններ մատուցելու գաղափարների, ինչպես նաև «Ավանտա»-ին պատկանող, սակայն այս պահին antheris- ի կողմից ոչ իրավաչափ վարվող սոցցանցերի էջերում տարածվող ինֆորմացիայի համար, այդ թվում՝ հաճախորդների վերաբերյալ այդ էջերում արտահայտվող դիրքորոշումների ու մոտեցումների։
«Ավանտա» նորարարական բժշկական կենտրոնը, որն արդեն 22 տարի շարունակ Հայաստանում ներկայացվում է «Ամիդա» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից, մատուցում է բացառապես բարձրորակ ծառայություններ ու պատասխանատվություն կրում դրանց որակի համար։ Այս պահին «Ավանտա» նորարարական բժշկական կենտրոնը շարունակում է մատուցել ստոմատոլոգիական, էսթետիկ բժշկության, պլաստիկ վիրաբուժության և մազերի փոխպատվաստման ծառայություններ իր գլխամասում՝ ք․ Երևան, Հերացի 1/1, ինչպես նաև Զաքյան 5 հասցեում գտնվող մասնաճյուղում (միայն ստոմատոլոգիական ծառայություններ):
Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ «ԱՄԻԴԱ» ՍՊԸ կողմից նախաձեռնված են իրավական գործընթացներ՝ նպատակ ունենալով քննության առարկա դարձնելու ընկերության հետ աշխատանքային հարաբերությունները դադարեցրած աշխատակիցների վարքագիծը, վերականգնելու «ԱՄԻԴԱ» ՍՊԸ-ին և վերջինիս ապրանքային նշան «Ավանտա»-ին հասցված վնասները, այդ թվում՝ իմիջին հասցված վնասը՝ վերացնելով և կանխելով խախտումները, վերականգնելով պատճառված վնասները։
