Դու կայացել ես հայ ժողովրդի համար օրհասական ու բարդ պայմաններում։ Եվ մեր Անկախության համար մղվող պայքարում հաղթանակել ես Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք եռամիասնության շնորհիվ։ Այնտեղ, որտեղ ժողովուրդն ու Բանակը եղել են միասնական, մենք դարձել ենք անպարտելի։
Դու բազմիցս ապացուցել ես, որ մարտունակ ես, տարածաշրջանում մրցունակ և միշտ պատվով ես կատարել Քո առջև դրված մարտական խնդիրները։ Սակայն ծանրագույն զրկանքներ ես կրել, երբ այս ազգակործան ղեկավարության կողմից մնացել ես միայնակ։ Եվ անձնուրաց հրամանատարներիդ ու զինվորներիդ շնորհիվ տարել ես Քո Պատվո՛ մարտը՝ նույնիսկ այն պայմաններում, երբ ոչ Քո մեղքով՝ ամբողջովին մենակ էիր ու թշնամիներով շրջապատված։
Այսօր, որքան էլ փորձեն նենգափոխել ու նսեմացնել Քո անցած հիրավի հերոսական, փառավոր ճանապարհը, որքան էլ դժվար լինի Քեզ համար հետագայում, համոզված եմ՝ Դու նորից, ժողովրդի հետ միասին, ոտքի՛ ես կանգնելու՝ պատրաստ կատարելու Քո առջև դրված մարտական՝ մեր Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության խնդիրը։
