Ժամանակի զգացողությունը, ճիշտ պահին անհրաժեշտ քայլի գնալ քաղաքական մտահորիզոնի խոհեմության հաշվարկի լավագույն գործիք է. այսօրվա իշխանությունների մոտ խիստ բացակայում է ժամանակի զգացողությունը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀԱԿ փոխնախագահ Արամ Մանուկյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի՝ ԵՄ անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկ սկսելուն:

«Այդ հակառուսականության հիվանդագին դրսևորումները, որ այսօր գնում է, կարող է նույնիսկ արդարացված են, հիմքեր էլ ունեն արդարացված լինելու, բայց Ռուսաստանին խփել թիկունքից այն ժամանակ, երբ Ռուսաստանը ծանր վիճակի մեջ է Ուկրաինայի պատերազմում,  արդարացման բան չկա: Այս ընթացքում, երբ որ դու սկսում ես նեղ վիճակում գտնվող քո պարտնյորին թիկունքից խփել, դա ավելի վատ է դիտարկվում, քան եթե դու այդ գործընթացը անեիր մինչև այդ։

ԵՄ-ի հետ կապված, մենք միշտ նպաստել ենք, և ուզեցել ենք, գոնե մեր կուսակցությունը միշտ եվրոպական է եղել, Թուրքիայի ճանապարհով ԵՄ գնալը, ապրանքների փոխանակությունը, այդ արժեքներին ընդունելը մեր երազն է եղել: Բայց գնալ այդ քայլին այն ժամանակ, երբ ԵՄ-ն ոչ միայն չի կարող քեզ ընդունել, չի ուզում ընդունել, այլ ԵՄ-ն այնպիսի վիճակում է, որ իրենք են փակում իրենց դարպասները այսօր, որովհետև իրենք այլևս ընդլայնվելու ծրագիր չունեն։ Իրենք այլևս չեն կարողանում Հունաստանի, Կիպրոսի, եվրոպական մնացած երկրների դարդը քաշել, խնդիրները լուծել: Իրենք հստակ ասում են, որ փակ է այսօր ԵՄ մտնելու ճանապարհները։ Թուրքիան 20 տարի խնդրում է, բոլոր կանոնները պահպանում է, բայց չի մտնում։

Այսօրվա էներգետիկ վիճակը, Ամերիկայի հետ լուրջ կոնֆլիկտները, որ հասունանում է, ԵՄ-Ռուսաստան բախումը ամենևին որևէ երկրի շանս չի տալու մտնել Եվրամիություն։ Այսինքն, այդ ցանկությունները կարող է ներկայացվել որպես իրականություն, որպես ռեալություն, դա անմեղսունակություն է։ Մանկապարտեզի, դպրոցի երեխան չի կարող այսպիսի քայլեր անել այս ժամանակ։ Այն երկրները, որոնք արհեստածին մղվեցին դեպի ԵՄ, բոլորը շատ վատ վիճակում են։ Դա Ուկրաինան էր, Մոլդովան, Վրաստանը:

Մեր իշխանությունները այդ բոլոր փաստարկները հաշվի չեն առնում և գնում են արկածների: Չես էլ հասկանում ինչի համար է այսքան հակագործունեությունը, հակաքարոզը, ի՞նչ հաշվարկների հիման վրա է։ Ախր այդ ապուշներին հարյուրավոր անգամ ԵՄ-ից բացատրում են, որ մենք ձեզ չենք սպասում, մենք ձեզ չենք կարող ընդունել: Երկրորդ, բացատրում են, այ սիրելի ժողովուրդ, ԵԱՏՄ և Եվրամիություն, սրանք տարբեր բանկաներ են, տարբեր տարաներ են: Եթե  ուզում ես գնաս այստեղ, պետք է այս մեկից դուրս գաս։  Սրանք վախկոտ են, անկեղծ ու ազնիվ չեն: Դե դուխդ հերիքում է՝ մերժի այս մեկը, ասա գնում եմ այն մեկը:

Նաեւ ներկայացնու հարցի գինը, ասա՝ ի՞նչ է նստելու դա մեզ վրա։ Որտեղի՞ց ենք այդ 90% -ի հարցը բերելու այստեղ: Ամեն օր 22 ֆուռ, միայն թռչունների կեր է մտնում Հայաստան ՌԴ-ից: ՀՀ էներգետիկայի 43%-ը ռուսական գազով է: Իսկ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ ամբողջը ՌԴ-ին տալու արդյունքում մեր էներգետիկայի 80%-ը ռուսական է: Սննդի 80%-ը, առևտրարդյունաբերության գայլի բաժինը այդ երկրի հետ է, առաջարկեք՝ ի՞նչ եք անում։

Ամերիկայի դեսպանը ԵԱՀԿ-ում հայտարարեց՝ 3-4 ձմեռ պիտի ցուրտ լինի, Հայաստանը պետք է էներգետիկ վառելիք չունենա, քանի որ ուզում է բալանսավորված վերսիֆիկացված էներգետիկ համակարգ ստեղծել:
