«Ամեն տարի այս օրը մենք պիտի հետադարձ հայացք ձգենք անցյալին և նախկինում մեր արածին ու չարածին․ մեր բացթողումների ու անհաջողությունների գիտակցումը պիտի դաս դառնա մեզ համար»։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, բանակի կազմավորման 33-ամյակին նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառման ժամանակ ասել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։
«Անհնար է կերպափոխվել առանց գիտակցման։ Մենք պիտի խոստովանենք, որ թերությունները քողարկելու արատավոր պրակտիկան, անհարկի ու չարդարացված ինքնավստահությունը, խոսքի ու իրականության հակասությունը վնասել և շարունակում են վնասել բանակի պաշտպանունակությանը»,-ասել է նա։
Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նշել է, որ բանակի՝ միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան արդիականացման ուղին ընթացիկ բարեփոխումների ծրագրում համատեղվում է ձեռքբերումներն ու բացթողումներն օբյեկտիվորեն գնահատելու հետ։
«ՀՀ բանակի ամենաարժեքավոր կապիտալը մեր կադրային ռեսուրնս է։ Զինված ուժերը կիրթ ու բանիմաց կադրերով համալրսելու նպատակով վերջին տարիներին մեծ փոփոխություններ են իրականացվել ռազմական կրթության ոլորտում։ Հանրապետության ռազմական կրթօջախներում են ձևավորվում զինուժի պաշտպանունակության կարևորագույն բաղադրիչները, բարոյական նկարագիրն ու արժեհամակարգը։ Ցավով պիտի խոստովանենք, որ սպայի մասնագիտությունը հայ պատանիների համար դեռևս ամենանախընտրելի մասնագիտությունների շարքում չէ»,-ասել է Պապիկյանը։
Նա նշել է, որ սպայի մասնագիտությունը պատանիների համար ցանկալի դարձնելու համար բարեփոխումները պետք է սկսել հենց ռազմական կրթությունից։
