"Каждый год каждый год мы должны оглядываться назад на прошлое и то, что мы делали раньше и ранее. Реализация наших упущений и неудач должно стать для нас уроком. Министр обороны Раурен Папикьян заявил об этом на торжественном мероприятии, посвященном 33 -й годовщине армии сегодня, 28 января.

"Невозможно преобразовать без осознания. Мы должны признать, что дефектная практика маскировки недостатков, ненужных и неоправданных уверенности в себе, противоречия речи и реальности и продолжает наносить вред защите армии »,-сказал он.

Сурена Папикин отметил, что путь модернизации в соответствии с международными стандартами в текущей программе реформ сочетается с программой объективной оценки в текущей программе реформ

«Самая ценная столица армии РА - наши персональные ресурсы. В последние годы военные изменения были сделаны в области военного образования, чтобы дополнить вооруженные силы в последние годы. Наиболее важные компоненты вооруженных защитных возможностей сформированы в военных школах Республики, моральное описание и систему ценностей. Следует сожалеть о том, что профессия офицера не является одной из самых предпочтительных профессий для армянских подростков », - сказал Папикьян.
