2023 թվականին վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրներն առաջին անգամ կդառնան աշխարհում էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ամենամեծ աղբյուրը, ինչը նշանավորում է էներգետիկ անցման կարևոր փուլ: Այս ձեռքբերումն ուղեկցվում է մաքուր էներգիայի տեխնոլոգիաների արժեքի արագ նվազմամբ, ինչը դրանք դարձնում է ավելի մատչելի և մրցունակ՝ համեմատած ավանդական հանածո վառելիքի հետ:

ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտեռեշը մաքուր էներգիայի միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ իր ուղերձում ընդգծել է, որ աշխարհը գտնվում է էներգետիկ հեղափոխության շեմին: Նա նշել է, որ հանածո վառելիքի դարաշրջանը մոտենում է ավարտին, սակայն այս անցումն արագացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ են կառավարությունների համակարգված ջանքեր: Գուտեռեշը կոչ է արել ստեղծել պայմաններ արագ և արդար անցման համար, ինչը կօգնի խուսափել կլիմայական ճգնաժամի ամենավատ հետևանքներից և կապահովի էներգիայի հասանելիություն բոլորի համար, հատկապես աղքատության մեջ ապրողների համար:

ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարը նաև նշել է, որ այս տարի երկրների առջև բացվում է եզակի հնարավորություն՝ համաձայնեցնել իրենց կլիմայական նպատակներն էներգետիկայի և զարգացման ազգային ռազմավարությունների հետ: Դա ներառում է կլիմայի փոփոխության դեմ պայքարի նոր ազգային գործողությունների ծրագրերի մշակում, որոնք պետք է համապատասխանեն Փարիզի համաձայնագրով սահմանված 1,5 աստիճան Ցելսիուսի գլոբալ տաքացման սահմանափակման նպատակին:

Վերականգնվող էներգիայի հաջող անցման համար, հատկապես զարգացող երկրներում, Գուտեռեշն ընդգծել է ֆինանսավորման ավելացման անհրաժեշտությունը: Դա ներառում է զարգացման բազմակողմանի բանկերի հնարավորությունների ընդլայնում, կապիտալի արժեքի նվազեցում և պարտքային բեռի խնդրի լուծում: Նման միջոցառումները կօգնեն արագացնել մաքուր էներգետիկ տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրումը և ապահովել կայուն զարգացում:

Վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրներին անցումը ոչ միայն նպաստում է կլիմայի փոփոխության դեմ պայքարին, այլև բացում է նոր տնտեսական հնարավորություններ, ստեղծում է աշխատատեղեր և նպաստում է աշխարհի միլիոնավոր մարդկանց կյանքի որակի բարելավմանը: Սակայն այս նպատակներին հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է գլոբալ համակարգում և բոլոր երկրների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և մասնավոր սեկտորի աջակցությունը:
