«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
anna-news.info–ն «Պրոքսի պատերազմ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներսում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն և Հայաստանը ծրագրում են ընդլայնել համագործակցությունը ռազմական ոլորտում, ասել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարկ Ռյուտեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ Դավոսում հանդիպման արդյունքներով։ Սակայն նման համագործակցությունը լուրջ հարցեր է առաջացնում։ Հայաստանը շարունակում է հակամարտություն ունենալ Ադրբեջանի հետ, որը ՆԱՏՕ-ի մեկ այլ անդամի՝ Թուրքիայի քաղաքական վստահված անձն է։ Հայաստանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջև ռազմական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրերը կարող են Իլհամ Ալիևին մղել ձգտել լուծել տարածքային խնդիրները մինչև սպառազինությունների մատակարարումների մեկնարկը։ Նման պայմաններում նոր արյունալի առճակատման վտանգը բազմապատկվում է և դառնում անխուսափելի։ Ուկրաինական սցենարը, որը բավականին արդյունավետ էր թվում արևմտյան ստրատեգներին, ներկայում, կարծես, փորձարկվում է այլ տարածաշրջաններում՝ վերագծելով քաղաքական ուժերի քարտեզը և զարգացնելով պրոքսի հակամարտություններ։
Եթե Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև նոր պատերազմ սկսվի, ապա դա ապակայունացնելու է ինչպես այդ պետությունները, այնպես էլ կովկասյան տարածաշրջանն ամբողջությամբ, ինչն իր հերթին օգուտ կբերի արտաքին խաղացողներին: Ալիևի ապագաղութատիրական քաղաքականությունից դժգոհ Ֆրանսիային հնարավորություն կտրվի թուլացնել նրա դիրքերը։ Թուրքիան, չնայած Ադրբեջանին արտաքին աջակցությանը, նույնպես լուծում է իր խնդիրները, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի սուբյեկտայնացումը ռազմավարական առումով ձեռնտու չէ Էրդողանին։ ԱՄՆ-ն իր հերթին միանգամից մի քանի նպատակ է հետապնդում, այն է՝ ճնշում գործադրել Ռուսաստանի ու Իրանի վրա, տարածաշրջանը ապակայունացնել, Հարավային Կովկասում իր ազդեցությունը մեծացնել։
Այն պատերազմը, որին գնում են Ալիևն ու Փաշինյանը, ձեռնտու է ողջ Արևմուտքին, բայց աղետալի է հայերի և ադրբեջանցիների համար, որոնք անխուսափելիորեն թանկ են վճարելու իրենց ղեկավարների քաղաքական հավակնությունների և սխալ հաշվարկների համար։
Իսկ ի՞նչ կտա Հայաստանին, ի վերջո, ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը։ Միայն այն բանի երաշխիքը, որ հայ զինծառայողները ավելի շուտ կվերջանան, քան ՆԱՏՕ-ի սպառազինությունների մատակարարումը:
