ՔԿՀ–ներում հունվարին գրանցվել է մաhվան 4 դեպք․ որքա՞ն մարդ է մաhացել բանտերում վերջին տարիներին

Հայաստանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում մահեր են արձանագրվում, ինքնավնասման դեպքեր, բայց այս տարի թիվը զարմացրեց անգամ ՄԻՊ–ին: Բանն այն է, որ ըստ իր տեղադրած տեղեկությունների՝ 2025 թվականի հունվար ամսվա դրությամբ ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում գրանցվել է մահվան 3, այդ թվում՝ ըստ հրապարակված տեղեկատվության` ինքնասպանության 2 դեպք։ Այս հայտարարությունը տեղադրվել է ՄԻՊ-ի կողմից անցած շաբաթ:
MediaHub-ը հարցում ուղղեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչությանը, ճշտելու, թե մահվան քանի՞ դեպք է գրանցվել վերջին տարիներին ՔԿՀ-ներում և դրանցից քանիսն են ինքնավնասման դեպքերը, սպանության կամ կենսաբանական մահվան դեպքերը։
Հարցման մեջ նշել էինք վերջին երեք տարիները:
Ըստ այդմ, հարցմանն ի պատասխան նշվել է, որ 2022թ․–ի ընթացքում անազատության մեջ պահվող անձանց շրջանում արձանագրվել է մահվան 18 դեպք (14–ը՝ կենսաբանական, 3–ը` ինքնասպանություն, 1–ը` սպանություն), որից՝ քաղ․ բուժ․ հաստատությունում ՝ 9 դեպք, դատարանի դահլիճում՝ 1 դեպք (պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյան - խմբ.), ՔԿ հիմնարկներում՝ 8 դեպք, որից՝ ինքնասպանության դեպքերը՝ 3-ն են և սպանության 1 դեպք։
2023թ․–ի ընթացքում անազատության մեջ պահվող անձանց շրջանում արձանագրվել է մահվան 16 դեպք (14–ը` կենսաբանական, 2–ը` ինքնասպանություն), որից՝ քաղ․ բուժ․ հաստատությունում 8 դեպք, շտապ օգնության մեքենայում՝ 1 դեպք, ՔԿ հիմնարկում՝ 7 դեպք, որից 2–ն ինքնասպանության դեպքեր են:
Հետաքրքրվել էինք նաև 2024թ–ի վիճակագրությամբ՝ մինչև դեկտեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածը: Ըստ այդմ, նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում անազատության մեջ պահվող անձանց շրջանում արձանագրվել է կենսաբանական մահվան 12 դեպք, որից՝ քաղ․ բուժ․ հաստատությունում՝ 10 դեպք է եղել, իսկ ՔԿ հիմնարկում 2 դեպք է արձանագրվել։
Ուշագրավն այն է, որ ՄԻՊ–ի տեղադրած վիճակագրությունից հետո ևս մեկ մահվան դեպք է արձանագրվել: Այսպիսով, 2025թ․ հունվարի 24–ի դրությամբ մահվան արդեն 4 դեպք է անձանագրվել՝ 2–ը կենսաբանական, 2-ը ինքնասպանության, որից՝ քաղ․ բուժ․ հաստատությունում՝ 1 դեպք, ՔԿ հիմնարկում՝ 3 դեպք, 2–ն ինքնասպանության։
Իհարկե, ըստ վիճակագրության՝ մահվան դեպքերը ամեն տարի նվազել են, թեև չնչին, բայց միայն հունվարին, որը դեռ չի էլ ավարտվել չորս մահվան դեպքը, որից երկուսը ինքնասպանության եղանակով, մտահոգիչ է ու, մեղմ ասած, վկայում է այն մասին, որ ՔԿՀ-ներում խնդիրներ կան:
MediaHub-ը նաև գրել է, որ վերջին օրերին ՔԿՀ-ներում երեք անձ հացադուլի մեջ էր գտնվում, երեկվա դրությամբ անձնացից մեկը հացադուլից դուրս էր եկել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հասարակության շրջանում բուռն արձագանքի արժանացավ ԱՆ Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետի պաշտոնում Ծովինար Թադևոսյանի նշանակումը։
Մամուլը գրեց, որ կին բանտապետի նշանակումը ոչ միայն զարմացրեց հանրությանը, այլ նաև ողջ Ծառայությանը, բայց ամենից շատ խանդավառվել է կրիմինալ աշխարհը, թե կկարողանա շունչ քաշել:
