Վանաձորում բնակարանային գողության փորձի և իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է Լոռու մարզի երեք բնակիչ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀÕ € քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ երեք անձ, ուրիշի գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարելու նպատակով, 2016 թվականի հունվարի 30-ին՝ ժամը 03.00-ի սահմաններում, ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկը:

Նշված գողության վերաբերյալ ստացված ահազանգով օպերատիվ խմբի կազմում դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ 2 աշխատակից և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ավագ տեսուչը, ովքեր բնակարանում հայտնաբերել են առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց, որի պատճառով վերջիններս իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում գողությունն ավարտին չեն հասցրել և կրակել են իրենց ծառայողական պարտականություններն իրականացնող, քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի 2 աշխատակիցների ուղղությամբ և դիմել ախուստի։

Դեպքի առթիվ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 30-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ`ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի (գողության փորձ՝ բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելով), 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ կետերի (սպանության փորձ՝ 2 կամ ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ՝ կապված նրանց կողմից իրենց ծառայողական գործունեության հետ) և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ձեռք բերելը, պահելը) հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, խուզարկություններ, նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ,  հարցաքննվել մի շարք վկաներ:

Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հիշյալ առերևույթ հանցագործությունները կատարելու կասկածանքով հունվարի 30-ին ձերբակալվել են  Լոռու մարզի բնակիչներ, 1993թ. ծնված  Ռ.Ռստակյանը, 1991 թ.  ծնված Ա.Սարգսյանը  և 1992թ. ծնված Ա.Գալստյանը:

Հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է  հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող ատրճանակը:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
